I wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. They do not inspect or repair their vehicles prior to sale. I purchased an Audi for cash a few months ago and it has been nothing but major and very expensive problems since the day I drove it off the lot. The sales reps, Ruta and Gustavo were wonderful! And I wanted to make sure to point that out before continuing. Both of them were very friendly and accommodating to me during the process, and while Ruta did not say it directly, I could tell that she was embarrassed about all the issues I was having. She apologized to me on more than one occasion. I never got a single apology from Mike. Sales reps have one job, and its not to know if a vehicle is mechanically sound or not. I don't hold them responsible. On the day of purchase I noticed several major issues in how the vehicle drove. The sales reps sent me down the road to an auto shop that was owned by the dealership to speak to the owner, Mike. He had his guys run some tests and told me that both fuel pumps needed to be replaced. The power seat on the passenger side was also non functional. Mike offered to fix these problems, so I will give him that. I live an hour and a half away from his shop, so I set up a repair date for a week latter. When I arrived the next week, Mike told me that the parts had not been delivered yet but that they were on their way. I waited in his shop for close to 8 hours just to have him tell me that the wrong parts had been delivered and that I would need to come back. It took close to a month and several more drives back down before they finally got the right parts and fixed the problems. Less than a week latter the check engine light came on. The code came back for a bad catalytic converter. I had the vehicle inspected and all four converters were bad. $1200 each plus labor. Very soon after the converters issue, the MMI system when down. $1500 plus labor. Not long after the MMI system crashed the transmission started having problems. Had the vehicle inspected and they found that a seal connected to TCM senor on the back on the transmission was leaking and had leaked transmission fluid through the wiring harness and filled up the TCM. $3700 including labor. While they were fixing the TCM issue, they found that both valve cover gaskets were leaking oil. $500 including labor. I attempted to contact Mike regarding these issues and he stopped responding. I paid over $7000 for this vehicle. Over $10,500 in repairs latter I have an excellent running and driving vehicle. Mike is in this business for one reason and one reason only, and that is to take your money. He does not care about the condition of these vehicles when he buys them and he clearly doesn't inspect them prior to sale. The mechanics that did the repairs on my vehicle said these were not recently developed issues and that Mikes mechanics would have found them had they done an inspection on the vehicle. I would think that owning an auto shop would be a great resource for also owning a dealership. You most defiantly wouldn't have a single excuse for selling a car in horrible condition. Apparently I'm wrong. If you are considering buying a car from this dealership, let me leave you with a little food for thought. Mike sells mostly high end vehicles and high end vehicles are very expensive to fix and maintain. Mike is not honest with the people that purchase from him regarding the condition of the vehicles and he is taking your money knowing that he is selling you a lemon. read more

Just purchased a car from this place about 3 weeks ago. I blame partly myself for not inspecting the car good enough, although all the problems with the car was in plain sight, oil leak, door not locking or unlocking and now that I've had the car for three weeks the driver side window has come off track. Now the car is at the BMW dealership. I should have saw the signs including the one I got the very day I bought the car, they were an hour an a half late opening the business. This is not an honest business, stay away people, stay away! I would give it no star if I could. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! They buy cars really cheap (many from junk yards) and fix them as cheaply as possible (with used parts and stop leak) and sell cars that are not in good enough condition to sell legally. If you bought a car from here, go to a reputable mechanic and have them check it out. read more

Extremely disappointed in having wasted 3 months of hard work,dedication,reliability, and time working for this place,when I could've been working at 2 other jobs that called to give me the positions I applied for a day after I took the job at Brown Deer Sales.After doing more than the job duties I was hired to do,the owner Mike's demeanor towards me and one other employee was so disrespectful!All the mechanics if there not caucasian (his race)there asians that are family to his daughter Lauren's boyfriend.So the NOT CERTIFIED "MECHANICS "that work there come in whenever they feel like it and if Mike says anything to just one of them,they all pack up there things and leave for the day.Then Mike's left lying to customers like he always does when there cars aren't fixed on the day he said it would be.Also,the "mechanics"are very rude to the customers. If Mike is busy and they ask them something, there answer is "I don't know you have to talk to Mike.Then when you ask Mike he will go directly to the "mechanic "that just told the customer he didn't know and ask him the same question and he starts singing like a bird with everything he's done to the vehicle.I can go on and on but I will end with this,I bought a vehicle from them myself and I use it as a 2nd vehicle.And even using it as a 2nd vehicle it burns 1 quart of oil in a week.I haven't even bothered going back to have them fix it because I'm not bringing the car up there 3 more times after they say its repaired when it isnt.To them a cheap car is a ,$3000 vehicle!And there favorite line is "well,we did sell it to you fairly cheap because..... and then that's when the it could be this game comes along.They buy cars from the auction down the block without test driving them,a privilege for auto dealers with a dealers license. MIKE or none of the employees do that.So single mothers struggling, tax time is coming up.These car dealers are thirstier than your deadbeat baby daddy's this time of the year.PLEASE,PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!DON'T start your new year off by thinking your getting a deal but end up having to spend your days calling them trying to find out why your car is not running!!Have a safe,blessed Holiday season and prosperous new year!!! read more
