The only thing he said is that there was a minor fender bender that was 100% fixed. But six months after I bought the car my son said hey mom the whole front of your car is falling off. I needed an oil I made an appointment to get that done and talk about the front end of my car. long story short. I was there for an oil change and supposedly all they had to do was to get clips to put the front end back on. I was there for six hours and nothing ever happened. He kept lying to me saying that he was calling this place and that place, but he didn't know about me as I knew owners of those places because of my own business and I called there and they said no one ever called and the reality is he could've walked across the street to a Nissan dealer and gotten those clips done but he did absolutely nothing . I used to like Carmax I would never go there again!!! I did go to a Nissan dealer to get rid of that car and they did give me a fair price thankfully and purchased a brand new Nissan Murano through Rosen. I've visited Boucher parts department 3 times in the past week, all 3 times I walked away with my needed parts at online prices. Yes, Boucher will meet online prices for new factory Ford parts. I ended up saving more than 30% over Ford's suggested retail. In my experience, this is the first dealership to reduce their OEM suggested retail prices to meet the better deals found online. Parts availability is incredible! I needed an EGR valve, EGR housing & gaskets for a diesel Ford Super Duty. Boucher & Badger were the only 2 dealerships in town to have these parts in stock. All the other Ford dealerships would have had to order them in. I expected Badger to have my needed parts, they're the biggest factory diesel repair in town. But, Boucher is 10% the size & handle mostly gas vehicles. Thanks Boucher parts, I will be back!!

During the wait I got an estimate from them over the phone; since I've been getting vehicles serviced at their shop for almost 30 years and had never had a problem I trusted the quoted cost. I brought my car back the next week, had the repair done, and paid. Afterward I looked at the invoice and found that the estimate had included a "tune up" and "fuel injection treatment" that I hadn't asked for, and which contributed over $400 to the final bill. Always read the invoice before signing anything. Even if you think you trust the shop, ESPECIALLY if you think you trust them, ALWAYS read the invoice.
