Stephen came out and did a great job with recommendations and providing some ideas on best shades for some of the windows. Simply Shutters repeatedly tells customers that orders and replacements take approximately 8-12 weeks. In my experience, that timeframe has never been honored. I have had repair technicians come to my home at least three separate times, and every single visit or replacement took well beyond the 12-week timeframe they gave me. Most recently, a couple of louvers broke and I contacted them for replacements. I was told they would get the replacement parts for me. It has now been at least four months, and I am still waiting with no resolution. This isn't an isolated delay. The original order took far longer than expected, damaged shutters required replacements that also exceeded their stated timeframe, and now I am going through the same thing again with repairs. After dealing with this repeatedly for years, I simply do not believe their 8-12 week timeframe. They tell you one thing and then fail to deliver within that period. Communication and follow-through have been terrible, and getting anything resolved requires constantly chasing them. I would never purchase from Simply Shutters again. By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.
