Stephen came out and did a great job with recommendations and providing some ideas on best shades for some of the windows. Took no more than 3-4 weeks before Goldy called and said my shades were in and they were looking for an appt to install. The crew that came in to install were also very respectful and efficient with the install. Highly recommend and thanks to the Shades West team for a job well done.

When I called on 9/4 to get an update, I was told that they couldn't get the fabric that we picked. No communication from anyone about that. Never heard back from the original sales person who came out to make the sale. Kept getting the run around, asked for a manager or owner to call back, nothing. They did offer to give us free motors with a different fabric but the options were limited. I finally asked for a refund so we could take our business elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.
