All the warranties are not applicable right away due to the tire's date of 2018. I feel like they ripped me off. When confronting the store manager about this, he said they can sell 9 year old tires as new and they even still have some tires from 2001 in store. The store refused a refund or to reduce the price. I don't recommend this place as the workers are rude and they upsell old tires.

When I arrived, the owner (forgot his name) looked over the tires on the vehicle and said "You only need one tire. If you really want to buy a set, we'll put them on, but you only need one." Most people these days would have happily sold me 4 new tires. Those tires, including the used tire purchased, are still fine 8 months later. When I called, I was told to bring the wheel in so they could check for a puncture, which seemed reasonable. At the shop, I was informed they couldn't pull up the previous work in the system and were to check if I had run over a nail or screw. Within about 10 minutes, I was told the rim was cracked and that it probably existed before the service, and that I'd need a new rim. This was surprising because: - The rim did not leak before the tire installation. - The new tire had no damage when I found it flat. - The rim and tire were inspected at the time of installation, so I question how the rim could crack or be damaged during service without an immediate failure or noticeable damage on the new tire. The final outcome was insufficient: I was told they do not repair rims and there was no clear explanation, accountability, or resolution offered. The communication throughout this process was inconsistent, and I did not receive a concrete plan to move forward or a satisfactory remedy. Ridiculous

Every time I called, I was met with attitude instead of answers. They gave inconsistent information, refused to provide any real help, and acted like any question I asked was an inconvenience. The way they handle people's property is careless and unprofessional. Instead of trying to work with me or explain the process clearly, they made everything harder and more stressful than it needed to be. The lack of respect and transparency here is unbelievable.
