Now here we are 8 days after me talking with her, and they refuse to fix lashes or refund my money. I feel cheated, ripped off, and just plainly done wrong. I sent them pictures of what my lashes looked like 48 hrs after getting them, but they claim that the tech told me that she couldn't do my lashes because of a gap. This was my first visit there, if this was their recommendation why would I proceed anyway in place new to me? I asked to speak with Tanya the owner on day 2, day 5, and again today, but was told by the receptionist that she's the only one who handles customers' complaints. Keep your money and go to a place with business integrity, great customer service, and awesome professional skills. I explained to Kristin, even if there was only a gap or 2 in my lashes...how does she reconcile the fact that my lashes are 90% gone and "today" is day 10 since my service. That's not because of gaps, that's because of poor technique. I told her that this is a horrible way to do business and when I told her that I was writing my experience in this review, she hung up on me. I truly wish that they had just simply refunded my money, had a different tech repair my lashes(like they said they would), or just simply told me when I arrived that my requested service was not possible give the skill set of my assigned lash tech. Over time, I started noticing a pattern that made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. No matter how many lashes were actually applied, I was always charged the same price. On one visit, I specifically requested a lighter, less full set, assuming the price would reflect the reduced amount of work. Instead, I was charged exactly the same as always. On my most recent appointment, my lashes weren't even filled in completely. Within less than two weeks, I had experienced so much fallout that I already needed another full fill, which has never happened to me this quickly. The quality simply wasn't there. To make matters worse, when I decided to have them removed instead of paying for another fill, I was charged $22 for removal. After being a regular customer for an entire year, it would have been nice if they had offered that as a courtesy, especially considering how poorly the last service turned out. What upsets me the most is that I was always kind, respectful, and loyal. I never complained or caused problems. Looking back, I feel like because I didn't speak up, my loyalty was taken for granted. I don't mind paying for quality work, but I do expect consistency, fairness, and appreciation for repeat customers. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed, undervalued, and honestly taken advantage of. I hope management takes customer loyalty more seriously because this experience has completely changed my opinion of the salon and I don't think I will ever return now.

But Valentina was soooooo professional about it, she will educate you about the process, went into details as to why you want it, then drew the outline and made sure this is what you want before we go further on. I wanted fuller, thicker, evened eyebrows. She also walked me through what's going to happen next and while I was in the middle of the procedure, we talked about various topics to keep me distracted that a small blade is cutting into my skin. Yes, I drank too much coffee and I was bleeding nonstop, but that didn't bother her, she kept it professional, and the numbing cream really helps!! After an hour or so, she will hand over a paper, stating specific care requirements. I went to Europe, straight after my first session and although I was not suppose to be in direct sunlight, just make sure you're doing your best to stay in the shade, clean it properly and don't let unfiltered water touch the open cuts during the healing process. That was in summer, 4 months ago. Now, I can wake up, come out of the shower and get ready faster because I don't have to worry about wasting time drawing and figuring out if my eyebrows are even every morning before work. My regular technician is currently out for the month, so I was assigned to a newer technician. I completely understand that everyone has to learn, and I normally wouldn't mind this if an experienced technician was supervising. Unfortunately, that did not happen. During my eyebrow threading, I actually experienced nicks on my eyelids from the threading, which has never happened in the entire 3.5 years I've been coming here. The lash service was also very disappointing. My lashes were clearly uneven, and when I politely asked the technician to double-check them, I was initially told "it looks fine." After asking again if they could see the difference, they offered to add more lashes to one eye, but the issue was not that I needed more -- the lashes needed to be balanced and corrected. I also specifically asked that the lashes not extend to the outer corner of my eye, which was followed on only one eye. The service took nearly two hours, which is much longer than usual. Throughout the process, the technician repeatedly asked me to show pictures of what I wanted, which made the appointment feel uncertain and unprofessional. I ultimately left with uneven lashes, uneven eyebrows, and visible nicks on my eyelids. After spending over two hours there, I didn't feel comfortable allowing further corrections from someone who seemed unsure of the service. She started doing facials and let me tell you - relaxing af and the results - glowy af. Because I was so happy with how she did my facial, I surprised my husband to get his first facial ever. He said "it was the relaxing, I would do it again" Since it was his first time, she also educated him on how important it is to exfoliate and wash his face especially after a strenuous workout.
