Website said open until 8:30pm. We pull into the parking lot at 7:55pm and the employees tell us that the lobby closes at 8:00pm and we need to use the drive thru which is open until 9:00pm. This made no sense to us since it was not even 8:00pm yet and the website said open until 8:30. We used to be regulars at Bruchi's, but their service has consistently declined over the last few years and we are less impressed every time we go there. We ended up going to a different place for dinner and loved it! So, not a loss for us! read more

The freshest, fluffiest bun EVER. If you're looking something good to eat on the way to the airport that is filling, really tasty and not too expensive. I would highly recommend Bruchi's classic steak or chicken Malibu sandwich. Don't forget to ask for some horseradish! read more

Every once in awhile I stop in for a steak sandwich at various locations. About a month ago I saw an ad on FB promoting their burgers. I actually did not know they did burgers. I went to this location with my son and ordered a burger with bacon. I was quite impressed. The burger looked like the picture. The beef and the bacon were sizzling. The cheese was gooey. It was great. Then I took the boys back there last week for lunch. They ordered the steak sammy's which they liked and I had another cheese burger. Like night and day, this burger sucked. Not only did it look like a truck drove over it, but the patty was warm, tasteless and the bacon was almost undercooked. POS burger. They were out of all the condiments in the bins. The tall blonde haired kid could have cared less. All it takes is one bad experience for me to never step inside a Bruchi's again. Genuinely wish I could leave 0 stars. We went on our hour lunch break and sat at the window for 20 minutes waiting on our food. As soon as we got back to work my boyfriend started not feeling well, a few hours later he has full on food poisoning. He got the bruchi smash burger, and apparently a side of food poisoning. The store we used to visit closed down some time ago so we resorted to this location. Gonna have to find somewhere else. We live in Seattle and when we come to Spokane, Bruchi's is a must ... just not this one. The store opens at 10, we were waiting at the door at 10:09 and the worker inside just looked at us. I finally walked around to the drive up window and asked about the door being locked, he said "drive up only because he was short staffed". Fine, I get that, but out a sign up! When we finally did get our sandwiches and in the road back to Seattle, not impressed. Surprise. Chicken was in large chunks, sauce was WAY too much and just a disappointment all together. Go thru the Website- ordering thru Yelp is a Ripoff!!! Over $2 higher for the same sandwich. Probably because it's tied in with grub hub, but doesn't make it very obvious that you're paying extra for that even if you're picking it up. Please learn from my mistake! read more

My mommy and I were surprised that we have never eaten here and we are so glad that we stopped by. Unlike some of the other sandwich shops which raised their prices but cut down the quality and quantity of their products, Bruchi's sandwiches were packed!! We ordered their 12" Pepper Steak and their 12" chicken Primavera and they didn't skimp on the meats!!! Not only did we receive top notch service, My mommy and I really enjoyed the flavor of the sandwiches and it didn't hurt matters that the prices for their sandwiches are very reasonable. For around 12 bucks and we're rounding up you get a lot of sandwich but you also get very courteous service too which is just as important. We will definitely be ordering from here again!! I tried to call the restaurant and got voicemail, which further irritated me. I left a detailed message about their error and they never even bothered to call me back. This Bruchi's is an absolute joke. I've had issues with this specific location several times but today was the absolute final straw. I ordered a Chicken Classic with green peppers and pineapple & a medium fry. What did I get? 10 fries, burned bread, no pineapple, a couple olives and a few little pieces of bacon When I tried to call and talk with them about it, they didn't answer. Monday evening I pulled into the north division store drive through line a few minutes before 9pm. There were two cars that had already ordered, and one car in front of me. The drive through menu was still all lit up. The workers inside let myself and the car in front of me sit there until after 9pm with no communication. I called the store and asked if they were still going to serve us and the man who answered said sorry we can't serve anyone after 9pm. They should have at least got on the speaker to let the car in front of me and myself know they were not going to serve us even though we were both in line before 9pm and they were actively cooking for and serving the two cars in front of us. I called again to to ask for a manager and was told they weren't in, and at the same time another worker yelled rudely "It's AFTER 9 O'CLOCK!" I am trying to make sure I spend my money going out at local businesses during these times, and the way the crew working at the time treated the car in front of me and myself is unacceptable. My family ordered bruchis through door dash, cost almost $70. When they delivered, they were missing a kids meal, and the sandwiches were backwards, so they were wrong as well. The receipt stapled to the bag from bruchis said $45 and didn't have the full order on it. So I called bruchis. Placed an online order. Arrived at designated window pick up time. Waited at drive thru speaker for 5 minutes, no acknowledgement. Pulled to window, sat for 10 minutes without being acknowledged even though definitely seen. Pulled forward and went in, now 15 minutes beyond pickup time, and order not even started. Waited another 15 minutes for food (turkey sub, french dip, and kid's meal/cheeseburger). One young man with headset on trying to help me. The woman working the grill seemed awfully upset to even be there, and the other younger man seemed new/lost. Heard the young man helping me ask the woman what to do if out of provolone, she said use swiss. When I was finally told my order was ready, had to remind them of the fries and drink. The au jus sauce had dumped all over the bag, saturating it and ruining the contents. I asked for a new bag and placed my food inside and left. Upon getting home, everything was wrong! Received some grilled chicken sub instead of a french dip. Wrong cheese on the turkey sub, and the burger didn't have the ordered condiments. So completely disgusted with this experience there! So the 4 of us decide that we would like to have Bruchi's for dinner. We realized that it was 730 pm and they close at 8 pm and we're still at Wally World. we head to checkout and try calling but the phone just rang and rang and rang. So then I pull out my phone and go to the website to get the order going so we can pick it up before they close. The order posted at 746 pm. We arrived at their window at 752 pm. This very skinny, blond with a discussed look on her face comes to the window. "what?" "I placed an order online." "no orders can in." I show her the confirmation. "no orders can in I'll go ask my manager." 2 seconds later. "nope. Nothing can in and we are closing in 5 minute." "Okay, here is my order." "No, I'll ask my manager again" another 2 seconds a large round man with a squirrely mustache comes to the window. "Sorry no orders came in". "Okay, here is the confirmation that the order was sent at 746 pm. I would like a refund then" "sorry i don't know how to do that you'll have to come back tomorrow." I have been coming to this same location for almost 5 years now. Since it opened because its the only place that i can get a decent cheese steak but for the last month to two months they have fucked up my order 5 times which is really sad because I usually order online so it spelled out pretty clear what I want. I will never set foot into the Bruchi's on Lyons and Division again. I will drive to the other side of town before I will spend another dime in there. Considering that I will on average drop between $30 to $60 dollars a pop depending on how many people we're feeding and how many times a month I go there they just lost some decent money. read more

Bruchi's employee Emily R. is extremely rude to customers in the drive thru. Our first time eating at Bruchi's and thanks to Emily it will be our last. When she was told we wanted the make your own salad, she responded with "No." It's a shame she doesn't have good customer service because it appears to be the service she'll be in for most of her life. I've never had to write a bad review. We always go to bruchis when we want quick and easy. But the customer service tonight was terrible. First off, they told us we couldn't sit down while waiting for food. Mind you we weren't consuming our food there we were waiting. Secondly, I was directed as " hey you ", and pointed at with a finger to let me know my food was done. I give them my name for a reason. And for them to try to not even give me the rest of my order. I ordered a cookie for my son since he had dinner at home and we get to the window and she says they don't have cookies. No big deal but maybe you should know that when people order them? I tell my 3 year old they're out of cookies and he starts crying, she's literally just staring at him. Like are you going to apologize, get my food, or continue staring at my crying child?
