Do not go when it's all male staff. Every time I visit during those shifts, there's a clear lack of urgency and customer service. They regularly chat instead of working, and it always results in long wait times......even when I order ahead. This time, I placed my order 40 minutes early and it still wasn't ready when I arrived. I waited another 5-7 minutes, let them know I had to get back to work, and ended up leaving without my food and was late. I returned two hours later and it was on the shelf and asked for it to be remade since it had been sitting out. They stared at me, asked for my receipt, but then ignored me to keep making mobile orders. They even reprinted my receipt which I had already handed over and continued to make food for others who came in after me. When they finally started my order, the worker stopped halfway through to chat with what seemed to be a supervisor about his girlfriend's parents and a graduation. I waited 15 more minutes and was late to work again. No apologies and no customer service. Whether I mobile order or go in, I'm waiting a minimum of 15 minutes even if they aren't busy. It's people like Caydence and Gracie that give me faith in the next generation. Here is two girls, both in college, both working multiple jobs - I come in 5min before closing and the place is SPOTLESS clean (so I know they just cleaned) yet they greeted me like I was the first customer of the day. From there they proceeded to make literally the greatest Jersey Mike's Sub I've ever seen, while being unbelievable hospitable and social. Incredibly happy. I have heard some good things about their food and so I took my parents by there on the way taking them home. My father does not like Jimmy John's and was skeptical giving this a try. I got my wife the mini Super Sub to take home as a surprise and my folks got the Roasted Chicken sandwich. I also picked up a jar of the Chopped Hot Pepper Relish and holy smokes is that insanely good. Service was absolutely above and beyond as well as a very clean restaurant. I am not often impressed but this visit was 100% satisfaction. Thanks for taking care of my family today!! They loved their sandwiches. Relish was only $5.50 and totally worth the cost in my opinion. Did a online order showed up 25 minutes later said order wouldn't be done for another 20 minutes. Then told me they couldn't make my order right then cause they where out of bread!! I don't know why this particular Jersey Mikes only gets 3 stars. I love this place. I only get to go here when I go to the Spokane airport from Coeur d'Alene. They are so friendly, they greet you, they ask you about your day they pay attention and make your order the way you want it. My guess is the negative reviews come from Commiefornia transplants. They are the worst people on the planet. I have had only stellar experiences here. I'm impressed every time I go here. I've probably been here over a dozen times and I have never been disappointed! This place makes a great sandwich and I love that they serve the "sub in a tub" when I don't want the bread but was sadly rebuked by the cashier and told that they don't do their giant in a tub (despite having bought that many, many times before at both this and the South Hill lics). It was uncool the way she rebuked the coworker in front of me, too. She wanted to be right so I let her. I'll miss Jersey Mike's. I have came to this location previously, I received bad service and the food was sub-par. I decided the food wasn't for me. Recently, I decided to try it again. WOW, WHAT A SANDWICH SHOP!!! This is without a doubt the best service I have ever seen at a chain restaurant. It seems completely different from the last time I was here. The store is renovated with a new crew and exceptional management. Kaeden rodenbough in particular was running around taking orders and putting smiles on faces like second nature. They made our number 8 giant with no mayo or bacon then when I came in to have them fix it instead I was told they wouldn't fix it or give my money back but instead gave me a bag of bacon and mayo that had lettuce and hair in it. Blonde hair!!!! Lemonade syrup was out and they wouldn't replace it! One employee didn't even know how to wrap the sandwich and the manager didn't step in when she seen the mistakes being made. Extremely gross store, I saw an employee mopping the floor with nothing but water and no floor cleaning solution, the bathrooms were atrocious, there were sticky stains in front of the soda machine and on the counter, the meat slicer was covered in food debris and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in hours, the employees were rude and did not care about the quality of their work. Awesome management, awesome staff and awesome food. It's right next to our house and a welcome change from Subway and JJ. Haven't had a bad sandwich yet, the staff is helpful and ready to answer questions and give suggestions. They're also running a promotion giving money to local schools, they're a class act and no joke. Glad they're this close. Highly recommend the Philly cheese and the jersey shores favorite. This place is a joke. I placed an online order that included one of their cheesesteaks along with other sandwiches. When I arrive to pick up my order, I am handed a sealed bag and no mention of anything wrong with my order. Upon opening the bag, my cheesesteak has no steak and is all chicken with a cute little note that says "*sorry we ran out of steak". What the heck!!?? No phone call when they received the order, no mention of the issue when I picked up my order, and no offer to make it right! Just hand him a bag that is sealed shut with stickers, get him out of here, and hope he doesn't see it until he gets home. Absolutely PATHETIC service. I'd give negative stars if I could.
