Bruegger's is the best place around for bagels! They taste like authentic New York bagels. Staff is typically friendly. Prices seem to have gone up over years as everything else has but just seems a tad steep. I will say orders are usually about 90% accurate as they usually miss the side things here and there. Condiments on the side and such. Also my personal pet peeve is I don't think they use different spatulas for spreading cream cheese, often my sweet bagels with plain cream cheese have a strong garlic or onion taste to it. read more

Undeniably, Bruegger's has the best bagels around but man, no matter how many times I visit this location, the manager (possibly the owner for all I know) is always super crabby. She's short when speaking to her staff and totally unfriendly to the customers. She stomps around as if it's an inconvenience to have to do anything for anyone. Serious change of attitude needed. Maybe that's why there's such a high turnover of employees at this location. On a positive note, it's nice to see that customers are finally allowed to sit at the tables again. I wrote a review with questions about how Brueggers in Hudson, OH does not make bagels to the brueggers standard and heard back from a Manager that they would get back to me. They never did. I've stopped in this Brueggers 3 times. Each time I walked in the door I've greeted the staff with a cheerful "good morning". The response is generally asking me what i'd like to eat in a monotone voice with no smiles. Not very friendly and the bagels are less than mediocre. Worst Brueggers I've been to. read more

I have never been before but have always wanted to try so I decided to go today. The service was so bad. She took my order and i asked for no tomatoes and she put tomatos on it. Also it wasn't busy there were 2 people in there including me. then after 10 minutes of waiting to check out she just "rewards member" then when i said no she walked away to let me do the transaction by myself. after I paid i waited to see if she'd comeback so i can get my receipt but she never did so i just left with my sandwich. So sad i had high hopes :( read more

0 Stars....Stopped in 30 min before close today for an egg sandwich, and was told it's policy that they don't make eggs 30 min before close because they don't always get used. (Wasn't I there to order them??). No where on the App or Menu in store is this stated. The clerk was apologetic about the policy but would not budge. Well, it's now my policy to never patronize this place again! I went to a nearby locally owned diner and got a fantastic egg sandwich and hash browns, with over the top excellent customer service. Bottom line - please patronize Local where they value customers and not these chain restaurants that prioritize profits over everything else! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Bruegger's, and this location specifically! I come at least once a week and service is always exceptional. The bagels are DELICIOUS; chewy where they should be and very fluffy. A wide range of fun flavors, I always pick cinnamon sugar! I really could not live without them. Staff is always kind and I especially appreciate their COVID protocols! I have immunocompromised family and this is one of the only places I feel safe ordering from, since they offer curbside pickup. Also, every time I've ordered online for like the past month they include a free mini cookie! Exceptional service and bagels. Love it! read more

First time here and I was yelled at by a woman who seemed pissed that I didn't understand where to order. Turns out the order area is a very tall counter, cluttered with signs and product and it has chairs stacked in front of it between you and the person taking your order. We wanted to order food before heading to the airport and there is literally no way to get in touch with the restaurant, when you try to order online it defaults to catering and won't let you order for pickup before noon even though our flight was in the morning. This is the perfect carb-filled breakfast I like after a night of drinking. I frequently visit my best friend in Hudson and it seems we usually end up here for a late breakfast. Everything from the plain bagel with cream cheese to one of their deluxe breakfast sandwiches on an everything bagel (my absolute fave), is simply delicious. They also have good coffee, as well as a nice selection of drinks in their cooler to choose from if you're on the go. The staff is always very pleasant as well. The restaurant itself and restaurants are maintained and kept clean. The building itself is laid out weird and confused me a bit the first time I came here, but not difficult to find at all. This is a solid choice for lunch or breakfast, especially if you want something a little better than fast food, and that is still quick and efficient. read more

I've grown up loving bagels. These were the worse I've ever eaten. I ordered the salmon bagel. The first bite tasted like a salt bomb. Thought it might be from the capers. Nope only 6 capers on the whole sandwich. The bagel was very small and gummy. Don't mind paying a little extra for good food, but this was not good at all. Spent the next few hours sick. Brueggers is a good spot for lunch. It offers sandwiches and salads, the basic lunch menu. I had a very good Herby Turkey sandwich on a plain softwich, which is softer than their rubbery bagels. They offer great chips in a variety of flavors, as well as drinks and dessert. You can also get a coffee buzz here. There is outside seating, although you are almost in the parking lot. My biggest problem with Brueggers is that they load too much cream cheese on their sandwiches. But that's just my personal opinion, as I'm not a huge cream cheese fan. I recommend Brueggers for stopping in for a quick lunch. read more

One star is being generous with the review they deserve. I was treated like a bad dog that got into the garbage. Apparently, I offended the general manager when I asked for crackers for my soup. He rudely replied, "we don't do crackers" as tried to hustle me out. How dare I ask? Why would I think that crackers went along with soup? Today I went to this location to pick up breakfast for everyone at work, I was the only one not planning on getting any food, the. Once I heard they had gluten free I knew it was too good to be true, I looked on their website, low and behold the website said gluten free is an option, I having celiac disease and was very excited. I go to the location and start ordering everybody's food, then to double check I ask if they had gluten free(only because i didn't see any displayed) then the manager or whoever he was started laughing at me hysterically.the other employees and also myself stand there confused, the man then said "this is a bagel place" I say "yes, there are such thing as gluten free bagels", he then goes to say "I would not take the bread out of a bagel to turn it into plastic" then keeps laughing and I stand there, calm. Then he finishes my order and then say "oh wait, I do have something gluten free" he struck my interest, "water" he says as he keeps laughing.. I pay for my food and walk out.
