Bruegger&#x27;s Bagels

I have been here a few times and I have not been impressed. I have ordered the sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel every time. I'm not sure if it's just this establishment that has this issue or if it's at every Brueggers Bagels but the bagel itself is so rubbery and in cooked I do not like it. Service is usually fast. Inside the establishment is not finished. It has no places to sit and eat inside. Looks like maybe they just opened recently. Just overall not good almost like they were not prepared for opening. Maybe I will return in a few months and see if anything has changed. If so I will update my review. read more

Things have improved here; I order ahead via the mobile app and get occasional discounts and free stuff This location has gotten really good at having my orders ready on time and the food has been really good Staff friendly and helpful I don't think it is fair to complain when they run out of items; every business is suffering from the nationwide supply and delivery issue. read more

I often forget about this place but when I go I'm amazed at how awesome it really is. I love their cinnamon raisin bagels, and they have a breakfast sandwich with pastrami egg and Swiss that's delightful to me when I sub in the Asiago parmesan bagel. I saw February 1 they celebrate their birthday with customers getting 3 free bagels so I will def go back then and grab another sandwich and my bagels!! They also have a wide selection of cream cheeses. Hidden gem I don't get to enough in my mind read more

I had not been to Brueggers in about ten years but a friend wanted to meet there for coffee. I had no trouble locating a parking space and found a place to sit in the restaurant right away. The restaurant is clean and well laid out. The person at the cash register greeted me, took my order and thanked me for my purchase. I ordered an iced coffee and was suprised when the server handed me a cup with ice in it. I found 3 choices of iced coffee - quite honestly, I assumed there would be a generic unflavored iced coffee behind the counter. The iced coffee was delicious! It was so delicious that I stopped by for more iced coffee a couple of days later. 4 stars because I wish there were gluten free and additional low sugar options. read more

The staff here is absolutely outstanding, they are so nice, genuine and you can really tell they care for their customers. I haven't had one bad experience, they greet with a smile and always remember my order and start prepping it right before I even hit the door. Well... We had good service when we came here! I wish the bagel sandwiches had cream cheese on them :(. It's really dry!!! I'm a bagel snob and i wish the bagels were softer and more chewy... I'll have to ask when they have a fresh batch next time. If they put cream cheese on it would have been a great experience. I'll be curious to go back and see if we have a good experience again. read more

Bad service, cold "toasted" bagels, warm "Iced coffee" and hair in the bagels. Talk to corporate last time we had an issue and they offered a $5 off coupon. I don't want your coupons, fix the issues. We will not be returning to this location or any location again. read more

This isn't the best Brueggar's I've ever been to but the location is pretty awesome. I drive from Syracuse to Oneonta and this is right along the way. I make my stop at this location and my favorite thing to get is a bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese. The problem is that they are out of it fairly often. Sometimes things are really picked over there which I guess is good for them but not for me. The employees are ok, sometimes I feel like I'm annoying them. read more

Awful awful awful is all I can say. Terrible service. It was not busy there was 3 people working. NOT ONE acknowledged me standing there waiting to order. I say to " Justyn" my order he says " ugh what" I repeat my order with the simple task of no onions he proceeds to make the sandwich with onions anyway when I acknowledge this he seemed angry to have to take them off. My second order was an egg sandwich with cream cheese as I was paying I was not able to watch him make this one, my biggest mistake. When I got home I noticed He not only forgot the cheese on my egg and cheese but the cream cheese also that I made sure I asked for 3 times. read more

A bit slap dash when throwing together the sandwich. Half buttered toasted bagel for example. Floor is grubby. Saw an employee just brush some crumbs off a table onto the floor. Some staff are friendly some surly. The whole branch needs help. read more

Im honestly surprised this place has so many negative reviews. Maybe it's because I grew up on it but I've always liked their bagels more than any other bagel I've ever had. I'm not a coffee snob either but i think their coffee is pretty good. I've gone a lot of times and had to wait for my bagel while putting cream in my coffee and what not and the staff always brings the bagel around the counter and hands it to me. I think the staff is quite nice. They are out of things often especially on Sundays though. read more

Went in around 10:30 to grab some sandwiches. When I walked in the place was a mess. Garbage all over the floor, all the tables were dirty, and the coffee station was a mess. I almost left because I was so shocked at how it looked. The drink cooler was broken, but still had a few drinks in it that were warm to the touch. Had to wait a long time for sandwiches. Totally disappointed. read more

Staff was pleasant, but service was slow, coffee station and tables were dirty, garbage was overflowing and it was only 9:30am. Cooler was not working but a few bottled drinks were left in a warm cooler. Very disappointed as this has always been a favorite place to grab breakfast. read more

Very disappointed! I stopped in just for a coffee and waited at the register for quite a while. There was only one person getting a bagel. All three employees just kept ignoring me. Then....a gentleman came in behind me and one of the employees greeted him and gave him a reg. Paper coffee cup (no charge) and continued to ignore me! THEN.....the worst part was when a young pretty woman came in with two refillable mugs.....the same employee greeted her (still ignoring me) and gave her two cups filled with ice and he walked away AGAIN!! Finally some nice woman in the back finally came out and took my order. You should never ignore paying customers! My money is worth the same as your "regular" customers!!! I come in around twice a week.....doesn't that make ME a regular too?! You just lost a good paying (and good tipping) customer!!! read more

Brueggers is part of the Manlius community. They have been a staple for years, great coffee and my favorite bagel is rosemary olive oil, after toasted it gets a really great thin flakey crisp outside layer. I also love there muffins- cranberry walnut my favorite! The staff is definitely young and joke around a lot to keep the day moving but as a regular I just joke back and have fun with them. They know me by name and have my coffee waiting for me. Btw bottomless cups are the best thing about this place! Buy one around November and the whole year is free refills of coffee, tea, got chocolate or soda. read more

I used to go to this location all the time as a child. Now, it has gone downhill. There were 3 employees working, and all of them looked unprofessional and stoned. There were no customers in the place, only a man taking his kids to use the restroom. Now I know why! I ordered a salad and the employee had no idea how to make it. He was literally turning around and looking up at the menu to see what was in the salad. There were fruit flies flying around me as I tried to eat. Gross. Will not return. read more
