We were told 30 minutes, and it was ready exactly 30 minutes later when we arrived. We didn't realize it was inside a sports center, but there was plenty of parking available. I try and figure out when she's not there so I can save myself the headache no one in her line she told me to use the self checkout that she was busy , Im 70 years old and don't use self checkout and rather not. This isn't the 1st time she's made me so upset. I really think I'd rather take the drive to Camillus . I can't wait until Stewart's arrives. I'd talk to the GM but a gentleman told me it's a waste of time, apparently they're best of friends outside of work. They lost a nice chunk of bussiness when they lost me.

There no reason to deny service as literally everyone's IDs were scanable. My ID and the other person's ID are totally fine everywhere else because they didn't expire and the actual DMV said that they would work. This is not the first time something like this has happened. No one was underage and everyone's IDs scanned but she refused to scan them. The same employee has done this to me and several other on many occasions. Please allow people to scan their valid IDs before embarrassing in front an entire store for no reason.
