My office is less than a mile from here and I usually go 4-5 times a month and order thru the app. The positives are their app is great, location is great, and wraps are usually above average. The negatives are most of their employees are rude, slooooooow as it can take 30 min for 1 wrap after ordering/paying thru app, inconsistent on quality and time to make, an using questionable produce at times. I typically love Jimmy John's and I like that this location is close. And that's about it. When I order delivery, it typically takes an hour to get here (I live very close). Oftentimes, the order is wrong. Wrong sandwich, wrong toppings, missing items. Lately, the food quality also hasn't been great - bread tastes unfresh, etc. I recognize there is a significant staffing issue occurring at this location, as when we have called to check on the status they oftentimes say there is only one or two total people working in the store. Still, if staffing is this big of an issue, perhaps they should remove the option of delivery? Or, let us pick a different delivery location? Or partner with Uber eats or DoorDash if staffing has been this difficult for over a year. I hope this location can turn it around. read more

As soon as I got there, I seen 3 bags on the counter and figured that one of them had to have been mine since it was a pick up order. As soon as I was looking, an older white gentlemen walked over and in an aggressive tone started tell me that those were his and not mine while swinging his hands over them. As I took a step back and tried apologizing and thought one could've been mine, he started to repeat his self once again before any words come out of my mouth. Hello all! Here I am again with another raving Jimmy John's review. I know I said I was going to stay away from the place for a while, but ultimately, I really like Jimmy John's. I believe it's just a matter of which one you go to that determines the decision on coming back or not. There are two locations near me, one is on Page Rd and the other Brier Creek. Because I've had discrepancies with one location I switched and decided to go back to Briar Creek. there is never a real problem with the food, or the location/ambience of the establishment. However, for this particular review, it just simply boils down to listening. Anytime order is placed, just to be sure, it is always best to read the order back. In this instance, I didn't request it because he seemed like he was on the same page when he was ringing up my order, as I was reading it from a previous order because I have the Jimmy John's app. after my sub was prepared, the young lady that served it began reading the receipt/order of my food. she just so happened to mention "no mayo" and I immediately stated that I did not ask for no mayo on my sandwich. The workers were apologetic and I that was it for me. I grabbed my food and I left. Now when I got home, that's a whole other thing. Now remember, I stated that I was reading the condiments that I wanted on my sub directly from a previous order because I have the app installed on my phone. So not only was the mayo not on the sandwich, there were also tomatoes which I asked not to be placed on my sandwich. Any other circumstances I would've checked before I left. But, I trust or am supposed to trust that you got my order correctly so I shouldn't have to check. or I would've gone back to the store to have them remake it but because I am on only a hour lunch and had to run a previous errand before picking up my lunch, I was unable to do so. Going back to the establishment would it just been a waste of gas, so I just took the tomatoes off. But my point to all this, is that if I was allergic to tomatoes, because the tomato has already touched the sandwich, it would be a waste of a meal all because someone ringing up the order wasn't listening as they should, and verifying what they heard. The main part of this review is to hopefully urge management to ensure that their employees are paying attention to the orders that are being placed, be sure to confirm if the order is placed in person and also pay attention, even when the order is placed online to make sure you don't miss anything. Hope someone takes the time to review either a customer or member of management. These reviews are ultimately not to downgrade someone's work or talk junk about the establishment is only to better in the future for people to return, enjoy the food and ensure that their order is being prepared as they see fit. read more

It's near my workplace & for a decent quick sandwich this works just fine. Lots to choose from on the menu and ingredients are fresh. The bread is fresh too, but a little too tough for me. This is not a belly breaking size sub like you'd get at Jersey Mike's, or their nice soft bread either, but it's still a good sized satisfying sandwich. Food and service here are usually good. Staff remembers people who frequently shop. No complaints about the store, but the local franchise! I used to order frequently online for carry out and I am also getting the coupon offers from JJ corporate. I tried to find the place where to enter the coupon order on the app to no avail. When picking up the order I asked and the cashier told me that the owner of ALL Raleigh locations decided to "opt out" offering JJ coupons and offers. Such apparent greed in these times where people are struggling to make ends meet is appalling. Especially when their and many other carry out food places are bustling as dine in is restricted or not possible. JJ business is very good, but the local franchisee does not honor company coupons. I am sure he does not care much. Terrible lunch pickup experience. Ordered online knowing they would likely be crowded. Stood on line at register to get food, not ready yet. Literally almost every single time I order delivery there is SOMETHING wrong. Sometimes it's (thankfully) as minor as not including napkins when I ask for them. Occasionally it's stale bread, or the wrong chips, or that time I ordered light vinaigrette and the entire bag was soaked from it. They usually take forever, too, and my office is about a minute drive from the store - if I could leave, I'd go pick it up (actually, I'd go pick something ELSE up.) Most people know the Jimmy John's motto, "Freaky Fast", which it is as the concept is fairly simple - Make a cold sandwich. I frequent Jimmy John's as I am a sandwich fan in general, but I've had multiple experiences at this particular location that I felt I should comment about. Multiple times, I've ordered my food at the register and by the time I grab my soda, the sandwich is ready for me. BUT, it's usually not made correctly. I tend to like adding peppers, mustard, and sauce on my sandwich, and they try to make the sandwich so fast that they leave off at least one of these items. So freaky fast...that they don't get it right! I still give them three stars because as I said I'm still a fan of their sandwiches, but I'd much rather wait an extra minute to get my order the way I ordered it. read more

I've had lots of people tell me to visit Jimmy John's, so I did... but I don't see what the fuss is all about. Was the sandwich made "freaky fast"? Not really, I'd say it was about average speed. Maybe their delivery is freaky fast? Anyway, I just found the sandwich to be.... about average. I guess I was expecting more and was let down a little. The sandwich was good, but nothing I'd go out of the way for. The bread was soft, but... dense compared to subway bread (good thing in my opinion), but they had many fewer options than subway and were more expensive for the amount of food you got. Overall, if I were in the area, I'd go again since it wasn't bad, but if it were next to a Subway, I think I'd go to Subway instead given that Subway has a slightly better value IMO. read more
