Wishing we had the one on the West Side of Cary! There are a ton of choices and they are delicious. Staff is welcoming and one girl even looks like Hannah from Off Campus. The cream cheese is great too and the choice between cannoli and brown sugar is a rough choice. Dine in or carry out. The bagels are soft and fresh. I'd recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

Not much parking lot parking but there is a parking garage- my truck didn't fit I was able to park across the street. This was opening day- the place had a line out the door. Service was friendly and quick. I ordered 12 bagels a variety of flavors- they were out of the rosemary one - the worker that was packing my order said if I wanted to wait 5 minutes they would be coming out of the oven- I waited- it was pretty salty but worth the wait! (Warm bagels are the best) My favorite was the jalapeño and cheese- could have use more jalapeños- it was still good. All of the bagels were big, light and fluffy. I got them plain- next time I would like to try some of their spreads and coffees. The place was quiet with plenty of seating in and out.

Not bad bagels, a bit spendy. Opening day, crowded at 9:30am with a line out the door. Got an everything bagel and their jalapeno cream cheese, it was alright. On the plus side, they're one of the few places that actually have salt in their Everything topping but it was a bit too salty, no other flavors came through. The jalapeno cream cheese was mid at best, no heat at all so it's not worth buying it (Philadelphia brand Jalapeno is far bette). Also got a plain bagel with banana pudding cream cheese, wasn't bad. They don't toast bagels I guess in the theory that everyone will show up as bagels are baked(?) I guess.

I am a bit late on writing this review, but I have now been here multiple times and can fully say, you NEED to go try Jeff's Bagel Run! I had been seeing this bagel shop on Instagram, and I was eagerly waiting for the new location near Crabtree to open. This location has super sweet and helpful staff; from a super busy grand opening week to a normal weekday/weekend, I am always met with a big smile from the workers. Now the important part: these bagels and cream cheese are not only unique but actually taste amazing too!! I love the rotating bagel of the day and the variety of cream cheese options! I have tried the blueberry bagel, rosemary salt, and cinnamon sugar bagels--loved each one!! As for the cream cheese, I have tried the strawberry, brown sugar, cannoli, plain, and banana pudding--also all AMAZING! They also offer a variety of drinks, other sweets like rice krispies, and a side of lox! I have tried some sips of their coffee drinks when my brother gets them, and they are pretty tasty! He has enjoyed the ice cream sundae latte and banana bread latte. Next on my list to try is that lox in a box with a specialty bagel! I am so excited for what they will bring out as fall approaches; I just know they'll crush some pumpkin flavors!!

The bagels are really good. I love that there are so many options to choose from for the bagels and the cream cheese. The chive and onion cream cheese and the cinnamon raisin with cinnamon and honey whipped butter were all very good. The service was great and they were all very nice when explaining the menu even though there was a long line. There's an indoor and outdoor seating area that is nice to eat alone or with other people. Theres plenty parking in the parking garage and it is located in a cute little area.

Enjoyed this new bagel spot! They have plenty of free parking in the parking garage. They have 2 outdoor tables and less than 10 indoor seating tables. They specialize in fresh bagels, no toasting and no sandwiches (ex: bacon, eggs). They have a "hot light" on next to the bagels that came out the freshest. I tried a jalapeno cheddar bagel with plain cc, and a garlic bagel with veggie cc. I enjoyed both!

Went for the past few days during the soft opening and grand opening today. They had some great initiatives such as a free bagel days, spin wheel for mugs/teeshirts/ bagel toy/free bagel/ etc. and a very early raffle today to win free bagels for a year. It rained hard this am, and there was no parking so we didn't make it pointless. We were about 3 minutes late so we didn't get to participate. We waited in the rain about an hour today. I figured I already got there and I wanted to try to win the stuffed Bagel toy for my dog, I had made the trip out there, and I wanted to ask about the app glitch and see if the reward would get applied for the free bagel (but it didn't) so I used a free bagel card from the first time I went. It was also my birthday so I don't think that they do any rewards for that like some other places do because nothing was applied from downloading the app. The first day I got an onion bagel with the Buffalo spread which was an amazing combo. The next day I had posted to social media, so I got a free Bagel that way- so I got a cinnamon toast bagel and I tried that with the cannoli spread which was a bit toooo sweet for me and on the other half I tried the strawberry bread which didn't really taste like strawberries to me, the cinnamon bagel also stuck to the paper so I wasn't that impressed with that Bagel or those spread choices. The next bagel I got was asiago with chives spread, that one was good. I had tried the banana bread latte which was really good and then I tried the honey lavender cold brew which was also good but I would suggest of you get it to just make sure that you stir it up to get all the flavoring. Most of the drinks that I got I ended up drinking most of them but towards the end it just became watered down. Today, I tried the blueberry Bagel which was supposed to have hints of lemon but I did not taste any lemon at all and it was somewhat dry. I was going to try a new spread to accompany it, so I sampled the birthday cake spread which taste exactly like the confetti icing that you get in the tub at the store so it was a little too sweet for my taste and I opted not to get it. I then tried the honey butter which was also a little on the sweet side for me. Everybody making the bagels, drinks, and behind the counter were all very friendly. I signed up for the app where you're supposed to get a free bagel on the next visit but I didn't see it on the app and also the first few orders that I put in didn't get applied because there were glitches in the app which is kind of disappointing. They do have vegan diet options which is nice for those of you who don't do the animal thing.

The bagels are good but not fantastic. For some reason they don't have a toaster and are proud of it. I like my bagels more crisp.

This morning, I walked in and saw not one familiar face there, and I've come to learn all the staff walked out simultaneously weeks ago. After getting to know many of the staff over the years of frequenting there, anything to make every staff member walk out at the same time has to be big enough to leave a sour taste in your mouth. Am truly sad to see such a Raleigh staple not see the value in the community their staff created. Cheers to Joe, Brennan, Brett, amber, and all of the others past a present (shout out Tim and Casey and Jackie!) for their place in our lives over all of these years! The place was crowded but there was no wait. I got seated immediately at a table near a column in the middle of the restaurant and Christy came over and asked if I wanted anything to drink. She brought me iced water and gave me time to look at the menu. I wanted to try so many things and I was too optimistic about ordering 3 things and finishing them myself. Good thing I only ordered 2 things! An order of fried catfish with home fries and one egg. And a biscuit with sausage gravy. The fried catfish was salted and well fried. It tasted delicious for my first bite! The home fries were basically cut potatoes, but they weren't very fried or flavored. I wished I ordered the side of apple sauce instead. The biscuit and sausage was good, but a bit too much for one person after eating a separate order already. Definitely bring more people so you can try more things. Also, I wished I had asked for sausage gravy on the side so I can try the biscuit on its own first as well. Furthermore, I would have more time to eat the catfish so I wasn't worried about the biscuit getting soggy. Christy came to check up on me every now and then. The place was buzzing with people and decorations so I didn't feel so alone. When it was time to pay, Christy brought me the check for me to pay at the cash register. Both Christy and the cashier were so friendly! The restaurant does have a women's and a mens restroom if needed.
