He brought a full crew and they were cheerful and worked with purpose to remove old dead lawn, Install some new sprinkler system, conditioned the ground and the new dirt they brought, and the next day came back to finish the job. I met with a few different contractors, and after meeting Jose and his team, I went with Simancas Landscaping and was very happy with the decision. I actually created the plan myself for the backyard, and reviewed it with Jose and it came out exactly as I had hoped! I did all the landscaping myself, but I am sure that his team could've also done that as well. We also decided to pave over our concrete California Room to make everything cohesive, and the finished product came out better than expected.
