Excellent job, and a great experience! I have a large yard that needs a lot of work. The Lara landscape crew did an amazing job trimming bushes, shaping trees, getting rid of debris and overall taming a big mess. They installed outdoor lights and since I had no idea what I was doing I really appreciated the cool idea about how to showcase the trees in the yard and create path lighting. Reached out to Lara Landscape via the YELP website on 07/10 at which time they asked for some information to set up an appointment. My response was given about 15 minutes after request. Fast forward to July 15th and no reply so I messaged them saying I still have not heard back from them. A little later that same day, July 15th, I received a reply saying they could come AFTER 11am. I asked that they text when they were on their way. At 10:45 I received a text saying "am here". Unfortunately I was not back yet from a doctors appointment and I wasn't expecting them until after 11am as they had stated the day before. Moving ahead I texted them on Saturday and apologized for missing the appointment on Tuesday the 16th. A short while later we agreed on Monday the 22nd @ 11am. Well 11am came and went and around 11:30am I texted asking if they are going to keep this appointment? The reply was: Yes Let me finish some things I get pretty busy As of 07/22/2024 @ 5pm I have received no communication nor have they showed up to my home. Honestly I sorted expected this would be the case, I guess that's their way of getting even for me missing the previous appointment. Francisco and his crew did a great job on a beautiful, redwood patio cover for my mother's home. My mother had a vision and Francisco listened carefully and saw our inspiration pictures and the final product speaks for itself. It was precisely what we had in mind and more beautiful that we could have even imagined. He was professional from start to finish; he kept his word when little details came up like any construction project; and - most importantly perhaps is he finished sooner than the anticipated timeline. We also appreciated the crew was there almost daily until the job was finished; I've noticed with some companies, a project takes months because they bite off more than they can chew and then leads to frustration by the homeowner. Francisco and his crew were in and out in less than 3 weeks. The only suggestion I would make is the crew sometimes would leave debris after they left for the day like dirty plates / cups or even nails around which anyone with kids or worried about raccoons or other animals knows is a problem. So a little more attention to detail at the end of the each work day would be great. But other than that detail which obviously can be improved on, Francisco and his crew did a remarkable job and we would hire them again for any big or small project.
