There's a new food park here on east riverside with parking, access to the town lake hike and bike trail, live music, a dog park, photos with Santa, multiple food trucks, home made cookies for sale, and numerous pop-up events. Brunch Brunch Baby had Austrian treats. I think I'm too old for brunch food, but the owner was lovely and the mood was lively. I got a coffee from the food truck next door and walked a few miles around the lake, which was lovely. The food park could use more seating for sure. read more

Great breakfast sandwiches! We live nearby and my run club starts and ends here on Saturdays. After seeing friends get these huge breakfast sandwiches after our 5k I was inspired to try one. The lady bird is my fav! It has avocado, Scrambled Eggs, Tomato, Mushrooms, Mozzarella, Gruyère, Everything Seasoning & Sundried Tomato Aioli on an English Muffin. (1/18/26)  Hiking around Lady Bird Lake, we wanted a quick pit stop and saw a few signs directing us to nearby food trucks. We quickly realized how hungry we were. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The location they're parked in is quite nice: plenty of shaded tables, neighboring coffee and Indian food trucks, and a dog park next door. The perfect weather made the seating even more enjoyable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]  Right before closing, around 2, they were serving customers so quickly it left us without a line to wait in. The worker at the counter was extremely friendly: jumping to help and didn't make me feel rushed, even though they were seconds from closing. Knowing it's a food truck with a lot of foot traffic and in a trendy area, I expected the menu to be pricey or offer modest portions. I ordered the West Coast off their Lunch Sandwiches menu for $12, intending to share half regardless of size. Just a few  minutes after they gave me a buzzer, I was summoned to pick up my food. When I opened the to-go box, I was excited to see the sandwich filled the whole container. With the bread still toasty and cheese melting, I was eager to try it. This was the best I've had in recent memory, and I'll judge all future sandwiches off this experience. The ingredients were fresh, it was cooked right then, and assembled with care. It ended up being the perfect size to share, but was so good I wish I had kept it for myself. I had a great lunch here. It was definitely worth the price and the small adventure out of the way. It didn't make sense how good it was: I kept waiting for the catch, but it never came. I loved discovering this cute mom and pop owned food truck. My colleague took me out for a belated birthday lunch. I arrived early and had the chance to learn a bit of the origin story and other side projects (check out their website to learn about the libations trailer). I enjoyed the Lady Bird-- a delicious breakfast take on avocado toast served on a fresh English Muffin and my friend had the Ryes and Sunshine on marble rye. When the owners learned that this was a birthday brunch, they kindly gifted me a side of French toast. This is the perfect place to take yourself, your honey, or your best friend (literally, there is a leash free dog park on the side) on a little date. This is a very cute brunch food truck with a small menu, friendly staff, and plenty of picnic tables. I had the Madame, which is a loaded breakfast sandwich. I really enjoyed it, and the sweet maple syrup complemented the savoury flavours well. However, the sandwich was quite small for $9.20, as I went home afterwards and ate half of a Chipotle chicken burrito, a quarter of a huge papaya, a cookie, and half a jar of Trader Joe's peach halves (disclaimer: I am not obese). This is a good portion size for small people or if you want to restrict calories. My friends enjoyed their buttermilk pancakes, sandwiches, and smoothies. There was no wait when we came here on a Saturday morning, but the line got long later on. What an adorable food truck right on Lady Bird Lake, making it a great place to stop if you're going for a bike ride or a walk. It's owned and run by a lovely younger married couple, who you can tell put a lot of TLC into their business. There are breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches. I had one of each and shared with a friend, both were delicious. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu from what I saw. The owners are friendly and the service is efficient!
