Solid breakfast place with big meals, good service, and a nice atmosphere. A large menu with all the breakfast classics and some more unique offerings. I got a skirt steak hash which was loaded with flavorful beef, but the potatoes were a little soggy. Overall a pretty expensive breakfast but everyone enjoyed what they got

My new favorite brunch place! Excellent food made fresh and with high-quality ingredients. My steak skillet was fabulous, everything from eggs to steak and veggies were fresh and tasty! And huge portion too. My parents loved their entrees as well. See pics. My pancakes with chocolate chips were also delicious! I ordered hot tea and they brought an amazing organic tea bag, was not expecting organic tea, but super impressed! Our server was so warm and inviting, polite and kind. Service in general from everyone was great. Love the modern interior and holiday decor on my visit. Love that they have large rooms that are separated for sound control. Plenty of parking. Open for brunch and lunch only. Loved it, go there now!

Our party of 5 came in for a Sunday brunch at 11:30am.  It was crazy busy and packed to the gills, but we only had a reasonable wait of 30 minutes or so.  I'll go with 4.49 stars for our outing.  Our party ordered: - Mediterranean omelette with a side of pancakes, $17.50 - Factory Croque Madame croissant with hash browns, $17.99 - Chilaquiles, $16.99 - Kids Oreo pancakes with milk, $9.99 - Kids grilled cheese with waffle fries and milk, $9.99 Jose was our efficient server and once we sat down, the food came out fairly readily given how busy they were.  They left a carafe of water which was nice and also refilled readily.  My pancakes with the omelette were pretty good, but did need a lot of syrup to keep moist.  I picked the homestyle potatoes instead of hash browns, and they were 4 stars ok.  Wife had the Factory Croque Madame croissant and it wasn't quite what she expected, as the croissant was smashed and buried under ham, swiss cheese, and two eggs over medium, but it all tasted ok.  Everyone enjoyed their meals and I would say we all thought the food was in the very good as opposed to tip-top excellent quality range, thus 4.5 stars.  The dining room was clean, comfortable, vibrant, and upbeat, and I wouldn't hesitate to return to try some other menu items.

    Oreo dining at Brunch Factory

Oreo wanted Bruch Factory today. The cold fresh water hit the spot. Dad got the chorizo breakfast taco special. They were so amazing they should be on the menu permanently. Oreo was dismayed because she couldn't have any-no chorizo or avocado for her. As always, she did love her scrambled egg whites and blueberries.

This was supposed to be Blueberry pancakes with eggs. Tasted good though.

A different take on pancakes. Not sweet but savory. Good quality food. Slow, and rude service. They seem burnt out. Very clean and good ambiance. I would give it 3.5 stars/five. It's meh.

Finally had a chance to visit the Brunch Factory and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. If your party is bigger than two it recommended to make reservations because they get busy on a Sunday. We started as 2 but we had more come and they were accommodating to put our name back on the reservation list so we could let others who were ready eat. Once we got say our server greeted us right away and gave us the rundown of the menu. I ordered the fiesta skillet with plant Based chorizo and I'm still dreaming about it. The portion size was huge but the taste was even better. I ordered specialty pancakes with it and I love when apple pancakes still have crunch to the apple which these did. Others ordered the chilaquilles with steak and an omelette and a kids meal. Everyone was satisfied with their meal and again the portion sizes are pretty big. Service is great, atmosphere is great. One of the better brunch spots in the area.

Wanting to ensure I could eat safely, I called ahead and spoke directly with the restaurant manager, who confidently assured me they could accommodate a celiac/ gluten-free diet and recommended arriving two hours before curtain time. The evening began smoothly in the dining room with their specialized prix fixe theater menu, and the server was wonderfully attentive from the moment we sat down. After I informed him of my celiac diagnosis, he clearly outlined my safe options and checked with the kitchen to confirm that the chopped salad starter and the vegan chicken enchiladas main course were completely gluten-free. While the salad was swimming in a bit too much dressing, both dishes tasted fantastic. Because the standard dessert options were off-limits for me, the kitchen went above and beyond to prepare a custom treat, surprising me with a rich and delicious flourless cake with pecans that rounded out the meal perfectly. I did order an Aperol spritz separately, which was not covered under the dinner package, but it was well worth it. Between the fantastic service, the peace of mind regarding cross-contamination, and the seamless transition from a relaxing meal right into a phenomenal show, it made for a fantastic celebration that we both thoroughly enjoyed.

Not wanting to park far and walk far for the theater hubs and I decided to have dinner at Three Embers before the show. It was a great decision! Making reservations was easy through their website and making last minute changes was just as easy. Three Embers is located in the Marriott hotel. It was a larger, open space room with tables well spread apart and comfortable seating. We sat at a nice cozy table by the window. It was perfect for the 2 of us. I can imagine the view being stunning during the other seasons, but being January my view was of snow and more snow amid branches. We were quickly greeted by our server, Anna, who was warm and welcoming. We had bread and butter (delicious), served water right away, and another staff member switched out our table light for a brighter one that was fully powered. Anna took our drink order and gave us time to look over the menu. We started with the calamari which was delicious! It was perfectly fried with the calamari being nice and tender, complete with our favorite parts the tentacle ends, and well seasoned. Hubby ordered the porterhouse which as prepared spot on, medium rare! The fingerling potatoes were SO DELICIOUS!!! They were crispy, fluffy, tender, and such a good accompaniment to the steak! Honestly as a carb lover, I'd be happy with just a big plate of the crispy fingerling potatoes. The carrots were sweet and prepared just enough to be tender, but with a crunch. He appreciated that it wasn't boiled or steamed to death carrots. I ordered the Black and Bleu salad. It was a large portion salad, perfect for dinner without being heavy. The steak was prepared a medium rare and topped with delicate crispy fried onion strings. Everything in the salad worked so well together making it a nice cohesive entree. The really enjoyed the grilled corn in the salad! The dressing was a light dressing and had a hint of sweetness, but not overpowering the flavors. Unfortunately my steak was a bit on the fatty and gristly side so quite a bit had to be discarded. This was the downside to the salad. Overall, the meal exceeded our expectations and didn't fit into what some would think of as "hotel restaurant food." The prices are on the higher side, but for some of the conveniences and location, it was worth it. The service was wonderful! Anna was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and so sweet! We never felt rushed. She checked back after serving us each course to make sure everything was good and had perfect timing sensing when we needed our check to make the show. I can see why other Yelpers rave about having her as their server! I would certainly come back to Three Embers for dinner before a show. Parking was easy as we were there before the show, parked at the hotel and entered through the hotel. We walked from the restaurant to the theatre without ever having to step foot outside in the freezing single-digit temps.

There is plenty of space in the entryway to stand around, though actual seating is limited. That being said, I can't recall ever having a horrible wait time if we came when it was busy. The hosts are good about getting people on the list and seating them at a reasonable pace. It's also pretty sweet to see the dessert counter at the front so you can see what treats they offer. As I stated previously, the inside looks nice and furnishing is well maintained. It definitely shows when they are rushed however, as the floors usually need to swept. The last time I went there was also crumbs on the napkin they placed on our table. The menus are big but they do have stuff for every palate to pick from. The free bread is alright, nothing too wild. The servers are always warm and welcoming, and very knowledgable of the menu. It can take a little while for the food to come out but it's worth the wait in my opinion. The crispy fried cheese is a little greasy, but quite tasty. It's a big portion but fulfilling for sure. The flatbread pizza was enjoyable as well, with a good crispy crust. My girlfriend also felt highly about the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl. She said it was quite flavorful and unique. We also agreed that the fries were a banger as well. Right amount of crispy and seasoning. For dessert, my go to is always the Oreo dream extreme cheesecake. 100% a must have for oreo lovers. Not too sweet but still hits well. So, a few minor kinks to work out but otherwise a worthwhile dining experience. Will always recommend as a good spot for comfort meals and family time, and great cheesecake.

The restaurant was spacious and absolutely beautiful! Since we were a party of 10, it took a while to gather orders but we started with some drinks and appetizers. My nephew and I decided on the Strawberry Spritz. It was refreshing and tasted like Summer in a glass, we thoroughly enjoyed it. We also ordered the Warm Crab Dip but we didn't care for it. It lacked any type of crab or seafood flavor and had a weird texture. We added salt/pepper and hot sauce and it still didn't taste good. As we waited for our entrees, we noticed how dirty our silverware was. My spoon was actually stuck to the napkin. Our server brought out more silverware but some of us just opted for plasticware. My Thai Lettuce Wraps were delicious, it's one of my "go-to" orders and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I tasted my mom's Shrimp & Chicken Gumbo. The chicken tasted like tofu and it didn't have any type of gumbo flavor, I didn't like it at all. My nephew ordered the Chilaquiles and I thought it was pretty good. Overall, we had a great time just being together to enjoy my dad but I wish we had a better experience. Our server wasn't very attentive and some of the food seemed to miss the mark.
