For brunch the next day we split the Chicken Katsu Hash (5/5) and added 2 more eggs. If we weren't traveling I'd have bought a pint of the house-made serrano-based hot sauce. And the Benedict had a full ham steak, which is just so much meat compared to the typical set up and all the eggs were overdone and not runny at all.
