Such a cute and pleasant vibe in the restaurant! The interior design felt old school and vibrant and cozy! Very welcoming, friendly, and kind servers. The menu had a lot of breakfast staples, as well as some dishes with unique flavor profiles. I personally got the Chicken and Waffles and they were amazing! Tons of brown sugar and maple syrup to go nicely with the crispy chicken and waffle. The pancake breakfast was a perfect small serving and the southwest bowl was also very delicious and fresh. My friend and I celebrated her 87th birthday at Anna's House, her favorite restaurant. Danielle our server was kind and attentive. My friend had eggs Benedict with hash browns which she loved. I had the corned beef hash and eggs. My eggs came out perfectly but the corned beef was rather dry. We loved coming to Anna's House because it was peanut free. Now they have peanut butter on their Mickey Mouse Pancakes, rendering this establishment as unsafe for us & our friends who have peanuts. The food is fabulous. If you have any allergies like gluten and dairy they can do that perfectly. If you are celiac or very gluten and dairy sensitive they have a separate kitchen they will make your food. I plan vacations around this restaurant chain while we visit Michigan. This location has been consistently great! The Yelp check in is a wonderful feature and works well. We had great service yesterday, everything came up timely, and was delicious. I tried their seasonal chia tea and was surprised by how smooth it was. My husband loves their twilight coffee and their pancakes. Sometimes it's hard to find parking but usually there's a spot or two available if you keep looking. Definitely worth it though for the yummy food and drinks! read more

Went out for weekend family brunch with my wife and baby boy, and it's been a good while since either one of us have been and I gotta say not only did we get seated right away but the service was excellent. Our waitress check on us very regularly and I gotta say the cherry coffee and my wife's hand squeezed orange juice were the highlight but the pumpkin pancakes and breakfast burrito hit the right spot too. read more

I recently moved to the state and Anna's house we highly recommend to try it out. I love that they offer vegan sides. Due to my mother being vegan, it can be hard at times to find places to eat where we both can enjoy ourselves. We both loved our food, and the fresh juices they offer are amazing as well. My wife and I are 31 y/o Grand Rapidians and finally tried Anna's House for the first time today. We were blown away by the quaint cottage-like feeling and welcoming atmosphere, the bathrooms that have miniature space heaters to keep the toilet seats warm in the artic Michigan weather, and most importantly the unique and carefully crafted food! We split the winter sample shareable with candied bacon, loaded tots, and fruit covered waffle slices. We cleared the plate, and it was the perfect amount of food for the two of us. The fresh squeezed orange juice is phenomenal. I can't say enough good about the amount of flavor and variety of taste in this little shareable. Service was good, very friendly and punctual waitstaff. We will most certainly be back! read more

I always have to hit up Anna's House when I come back to Michigan. This time it just wasn't up to par. They no longer have their potato pancakes which was a huge bummer. I tried the breakfast burrito instead. It wasn't very warm but was very watery for some reason. Wasn't a fan. The service however was impeccable as always. read more

My over easy eggs were almost fried hard with a touch of soft yolk left. The upside was the toast but I'm not going back for toast. Oh my word. If I could give a place 6 stars, I would give it to Anna's house. This is my favorite breakfast place by far. I love the inside decor and every time I've been, service has been nothing less of stellar. It does get incredibly busy so either go early or be willing to wait. I love their hash's but the eggs Benedict is always amazing. Their also well known for their cinnamon rolls, which are gigantic. They are quite pricey for breakfast, especially when you get a coffee. The food was good, but the place is lacking in atmosphere. It's not the typical Anna's style. We had a wait and not much room to do it in.

There's a reason that all their locations are packed in the mornings... Anna's House knows how to handle a hungry crowd. Servers are friendly and smart and fast. Every.single.thing. on the menu is GOOD. (Also, I think their menus vary slightly between locations, so be sure to look up the menu by location on their website.) The Eggs Benedict, the breakfast lasagna, the baked oatmeal, the omelettes, the PANCAKES!! Oh the pancakes with the little bit of crunch on the outer rim - chef's kiss! Fresh squeezed orange juice! I've had all of this over a few visits and it's CONSISTENTLY good. My husband even gets the Hippie Hash with bacon - ha. But there are a ton of VEGAN and vegetarian options that are REALLY good. Many times vegan options are either bland or too peppery or just kind of an afterthought, but Anna's House makes some very thoughtful and delicious vegan dishes.
