Amazing! Came from out of town and was looking for breakfast, and did not disappoint! I would 100000% go again if I'm ever in Grand Rapids. I recommend checking in online because there is a wait, so it makes getting a table much quicker. Everything looked so good, so I recommend the classic Benny ( not pictured) and the seasonal candied bacon BLT. I am a Bloody Mary supporter and that is the reason I chose this place because of the other pictures posted, and it was the best decision I've made. I also recommend the breakfast shot, I'm not a Jameson girly, but it was delicious with the butterscotch snaps and orange juice with a slice of bacon chaser. Yes, this place has a good reputation, and the few times I have been here, the service and food were good. But not today! I made a wait list reservation and love this feature. We were seated pretty much as expected with prompt attention. Orders went in, and that's when the good part ended. We witnessed tables all around, arriving after and well after us being served. When we asked the server and the manager what the problem was, we got nowhere. When the food finally arrived, 3 out of 4 plates were fine, but the fourth was cold. The food went back and no one apologized for the poor performance. Not the server nor the manager offered a word and so the chances of me coming back are zero. It's not that a mix-up of this sort can't happen, especially on a busy Sunday morning. It's another thing not to make it a priority to attempt to resolve the issue. Good luck read more

Alyssa was our server she was fantastic even with us coming in 30 min before they closed, I got a chai martini & sunset smoothie I am lactose intolerant so I was elated to see it was made with almond milk, both were fantastic. She said they're usually pretty busy so we came at a good time it was nice and quiet when we got there. For food I ordered the breakfast bowl I think? I got the protein power bowl, it was meager in size and had no flavor. I never add salt to my meal but I had to on this one. The price for the quantity was not worth it. Great breakfast stop! Our waitress Maggie was super friendly and attentive. I ordered the Belgian waffle and bacon just plain the waffle had a nice buttery flavor. My dining companion had the buffalo chicken skillet. He said the eggs were cooked perfectly over easy. What shined through for him was the buffalo flavor and the tender chicken.
