Back again. Ordered alcapurria de guineo, beef empanadilla, relleno de papa, biftec encebollado with white rice and beans, pollo guisado with yellow rice, tostones and maduros. Everything made to order and delicious. The alcapurrias were huge and a meal on its own. We had enough dinner and lunch twice!Did the hour drive just for this. Yum!

Absolutely recommend this restaurant if you're looking for flavor, great customer service, and good prices. I stopped here for something quick to take back to my hotel room while I was in town. The owner was at the counter and immediately greeted us and made us feel welcome. We had the alcapurrias de yuca and chicharrones. The alcapurrias were huge, flavorful, and fried to perfection. The sofrito they use is absolutely homemade and so so good! The chicharrones oh my so delicious and a definite must have. So sad I live so far and can't come here often. Please stop by here if you're in the area. Everything was fresh and made to order.

My favorite is their lunch special. Portion is huge and always leaves me feeling satisfied. Friendly, lightning fast service

Absolutely delicious Puerto Rican style food. It taste just like my Mom use to make for me

This is what I call real Spanish food! This is a the spot to come to when you want some authentic Spanish food from home.

This is what you call authentic Spanish food! A plate away from home. Not many fast food restaurants can make a good play of yellow rice, one bite take me back to Puerto Rico

Terrible. Abrupt service. The food was very greasy. There are better options in Middletown for Latin food.

Nice place in downtown Middletown. Blink and you'll miss it. I ordered takeout and enjoyed the amount of food for the price.

While it was a bit loud due to the preparations, the energetic atmosphere didn't take away from our meal. Our waitress was exceptionally nice and attentive, ensuring our drinks arrived quickly and that we had everything we needed throughout the afternoon. The food was truly the highlight of the visit, as every dish we ordered was delicious. The Ropa Vieja was a particular standout--flavorful, tender, and very well-prepared. We also shared the steak sandwich, a classic Cuban sandwich, and both the boneless and bone-in chicharon de pollo. Both versions of the chicken were crispy and seasoned perfectly. It is clear that the kitchen takes great pride in their cooking, and we really appreciated the friendly service despite how busy they were. We will definitely be back!

Our waitress was top notch took care of our coffee and food orders with a smile on a rainy cloudy day. Ordered the Coquito latte, delicious- paired with the sweet and spicy chicken and Coquito batter waffle!! Wow the flavor was great didn't even need syrup. Loved the contrast of sweet and salty. Great portion sizes for the price. My wife got the Coquito French toast with scrambled eggs hash brown potatoes and bacon served on a charcuterie board. Eggs were fluffy and delicious the French toast was soft and buttery.
