While it was a bit loud due to the preparations, the energetic atmosphere didn't take away from our meal. Our waitress was exceptionally nice and attentive, ensuring our drinks arrived quickly and that we had everything we needed throughout the afternoon. The food was truly the highlight of the visit, as every dish we ordered was delicious. The Ropa Vieja was a particular standout--flavorful, tender, and very well-prepared. We also shared the steak sandwich, a classic Cuban sandwich, and both the boneless and bone-in chicharon de pollo. Both versions of the chicken were crispy and seasoned perfectly.
