My kids are involved in scouting and basketball but are interested in learning to wrestle. I saw wrestling was offered 3 days per week; would my boys still be able to participate if they could only attend once or twice a week? They're 8 year old twin

Yes. Wrestling is actually Monday through Thursday (4 days per week) and it a membership so they can attend or miss as they please

What is the schedule/hours for wrestling? and what’s the age limits for them?

Wrestling is every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 4:15. From six year olds to high school age is acceptable. My number is 951-522-6799 for quick reference

Hello! Do you do Muay Thai kickboxing training for kids 9+? Thanks!

Hello there! Yes we do. Our Muay Thai kids program is for children ages 4-14 and is every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm.

What's the average cost having a trainer like MMA and boxing?

Most trainers charge between $65 and $100 per session. Most trainers though, like me give huge discounts if you buy sessions in blocks. The more sessions you buy the less each session cost.

I have been going to AMAF since February and it has changed my life. I am a student here so I know…read morewhat I am talking about. Negative reviews here are complete BS, all of them. None of them is the fault of AMAF. This is not a gym. I repeat this is NOT a gym. So, if you say I wanted to go to the gym and blah blah, you are a very special kind of stupid because the name says it, Adrenaline Martial Arts and Fitness. Where did you find the word Gym? If want to do weights or if you want to "workout" after work, stay away! This is not for you. We sacrifice work and family life, as do our sensei and staff, make plans, show up, wear our gears and learn how to be disciplined and defend ourselves. Not how to look pretty, for that call 1800-LOOK-PRETTY. Here we partner up and practice martial arts, serious martial arts. This is NOT a gym (for the third time). Most importantly this is an extremely kid friendly environment. Parents are always present and everywhere, coaches are attentive and caring, and the facility is safe and family oriented. Bring your little prince or princess and let them learn some of the most valuable lessons in life: discipline, courage, courtesy, self-defense, teamwork, self-esteem, etc. (Some of the coaches here are law-enforcement. It's that safe) I have seen some of the fiercest little-fighters and politest kids here. Give your kid something to carry with them forever you wont regret it. Since Feb I practice under sensei A. He is awesome, hardworking, and very involved. He is patient but will also kick your butt if you sit there like a bag of potatoes. Do the sitting at home, here you get your butt moving. Good news is you will drop weights like you have never dropped before. I lost 7 pounds in two weeks, and it was a record for me* so far (I also drastically changed my diet and had not had a single sip of soft drinks, a bite of fast food, or a single piece of fried food since Feb). All thanks to my sensei and the group of dedicated people that encourage me to show up everyday so they can kick my ass for a good hour straight and the staff that are friendliest and the bestest ;) *It is not recommended to lose more than 2 pounds per week. It is unsafe. I did not try to lose that weight. I actually fed myself very well and did not starve myself and kept my body completely hydrated. I just had more than 7 hrs of intense workout and it paid off.

I'm writing this review to bring awareness to other parents who may be considering martial arts…read moretraining for a child who is on the Spectrum . My intention is not to criticize the quality of the program, the facility is well run, the instructors are skilled, and the overall training offered is great. One of the main reasons I chose Adrenaline Martial Arts was because they are listed by the I.E. Autism Society as a facility able to support children with these needs, and I was also referred to them by IRC. Because of that, I felt confident that my son would be entering an environment equipped to work with him. Unfortunately, based on our experience, the academy is not fully prepared to support children on the autism spectrum. Even though I was upfront during the screening process about my son's disability and specific needs, it became clear over time that the program was not structured in a way that allowed him to succeed. While the staff was never unkind, they didn't seem to have the tools or training necessary to work with children who require additional support. I am sharing this so that other parents of children on the Spectrum can make an informed decision, and in hopes that the academy will take a closer look at how they screen new students with disabilities and how they can better support them moving forward. Adrenaline Martial Arts is a strong program, but it may not be the right fit for every child especially those who need specialized attention or accommodations.

From day one, everyone was very welcoming--both the coaches and the students. Since starting, I've lost weight and learned a lot. I also tried the boxing class with Coach Angel, who is a great instructor. About a year in, I decided to take a break, and stopping my membership was very easy--no hassle at all. I came back this month after about four months off and tried the jiu-jitsu class, and I'm glad I did. You truly get what you put in here. All the coaches are very professional and well trained, and you're not just a number--you're part of the CAMMA team.

They did so well that I eventually began training. I have learned strength training, self defense skills, competition skills, and they take conditioning serious! We've build a relationship with the coaches over the years that's seen us through life's milestones. Ive since moved and trained at a larger chain. It helped me appreciate CAMMA and its coaches so much more! Im glad to be back in Rialto close to Carlos Alberto's and get back to training.

Since joining, my daughter's confidence has grown so much, and she's thriving both in and out of class. The energy, encouragement, and discipline they bring to every session are unmatched. Your public response includes multiple false and inflammatory claims about me, and I feel it's necessary to respond to set the record straight. The incident you referenced occurred during an open mat session in 2018. At the time, I was training under the supervision of one of your coaches, who explicitly asked me not to throw punches so I could work on my defense. I followed that instruction. The training was light, controlled, and respectful. Your later claim that I was recklessly sparring with brand-new students is inaccurate, and to my knowledge, no such concern was raised until you confronted me aggressively and physically escalated the situation. As I described in my review, you grabbed my shirt, followed me into the locker room, and shoved me into the lockers. You then followed me into the parking lot while still in gear. That was not professional or necessary. In my view, it was less about safety and more about control -- and when I didn't back down, it seemed to bruise your massive ego. Regarding the private lessons: I paid you personally for a package, and the sessions were not completed. That's a fact. Whether or not I submitted a formal refund request is irrelevant -- I paid for a service that was not fully delivered. You've now made public accusations that I submitted fake reviews, used vulgar language, and harassed you over several years. I unequivocally deny these claims. They are completely false. The fact that this is only being raised now -- in response to a critical review -- speaks for itself. My review was not harassment. It was protected speech, written to share my personal experience for the benefit of others considering your gym. Your public response -- filled with personal attacks and verifiably false claims -- only underscores the concerns I originally raised.
