They have a nice draft beer section and a full bar. I ordered the stuffed bell pepper soup and mozzarella sticks. They were both fantastic! The soup was so warm and tasty! It hit on a cold day. We went here last night for a birthday party and had a fantastic time! Sat on the Bar Bruno side and they were kind enough to accommodate a party of 16. Being that it is Lent a lot of us ordered the fish dinner and fish sandwich and they were absolutely delicious. Favorite fish in town, hands down. My wife and I have tried this place twice now, once for dinner and once for lunch. It's always a welcoming atmosphere. The lunch atmosphere was great because there were several friendly gentlemen having polite lively conversation. The food has been excellent each time we have been. The pizza flavor is wonderful. The crust is crunchy and baked perfectly. They clearly use quality ingredients. The cheese and sauce both very flavorful and well seasoned. This place is my clear recommendation for local pizza if anyone asks. We will certainly be back. read more

Incredibly disappointed in Bruno's today. They were open, they accepted Uber Eats. We've moved out of town, I wanted to order (Thursday afternoon, order place). My friend needed something due to family emergency, thought great, they're minutes from Bruno's. Nope, 13 minutes before SCHEDULED DELIVERY, Bruno Brothers has cancelled your order. Mind you, who orders pizza for 4th of July? Called them 20x, no answer, no order (not cheap). Pizza was really good. Crust was soft but the bottom had a crunch. Large selection of local beers, and wines. Menu has many pasta options but also a fried fish dinner that seemed to be very popular. One side of the restaurant was a "pizza joint" and the other was a wine/beer/sports bar. You could order food from both sides. Also had desserts and cappuccino/espressos. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Pizza took a bit longer than other items, but it was worth the wait. At the end of the night, they put out to go boxes and let the last of the patrons take the food from the kitchen home...FREE! What a nice neighborly gesture. Great atmosphere. We stopped in here for dinner when we visited Youngstown in october. I've always liked Bruno's pizzas they do in a very nice job. The crust on their New York style pizza is delicious. The chicken wings were outstanding. I ordered a pepperoni roll and have to say it might be the best preparing all I've ever had. So much cheese and so flavorful. I would definitely come back to this restaurant the next time I am in town. The service was fantastic the restaurant was clean the food came out hot and fresh. I spoke with the owner and he was a super nice person. I asked him if he could open a location in Gilbert Arizona and he said he would seriously consider it lol. read more

UNSANITARY STAFF We ordered 2 slices of pizza yesterday. First, the lady who took our order also took our cash payment. I ordered extra toppings on my pizza. This lady turned around and proceeded to add the extra toppings without gloves on after handling money (nor did she wash her hands). She immediately started putting her hands in the toppings. As I witnessed this, I politely said that I do not want that sliced due to UNSANITARY performance that I had just observed. They remade it with gloves on (same toppings). That being said, that is definitely a health code violation and totally disgusting. The guy behind her was also handling food without gloves on in public view. All those toppings that this lady touched without gloves on, should have been tossed in the trash. read more

While looking for a good New York style pizza, I came across Bruno Brothers which was recommended by friends. It did not disappoint, as I got the NY style with pepperoni . Great flavor, good crust, and good size (18" fam. of 4). The staff was friendly and dining area appeared clean even though we got ours to go. The outdoor covered patio seemed nice for the summer time also. We also tried the boneless wings (sweet BBQ) that we're good, and the bone-in garlic-Ramona cheese wings that were just ok. This is one of my favorite pizza places in the Youngstown area! I have been getting Bruno Bros pizza for years, and it has always been a wonderful experience! My all time favorite is the New York Style Cheese Pizza. Although I typically prefer the thin crust, the thick crust pizza is delicious as well! The toppings are great, but the cheese pizza has such an amazing taste that it really doesn't need toppings to have lots of flavor. I also love the salads here. My favorite Bruno Bros location is the Boardman one, and i have gone here frequently over the years. I highly recommend Bruno Bros pizza! This is reminiscent of pizza we love on the Boardwalk. The crust is dense and chewy. The sauce is also very tasty. They could buy better pepperoni but it is a solid pie. We are pizza snobs and have sampled pizza all over the Eastern United States and if you follow me here you already know that I am hard on all things pie.
