    Green Chili Burger

My wife and I stopped by Bruno's Kitchen after a long afternoon of last-minute Christmas shopping, and we were pleasantly surprised. From the moment we walked in, the experience was welcoming. The restaurant was clean, well kept, and had a comfortable vibe--kind of a sports bar feel, but toned down enough to still feel like a proper sit-down restaurant. There are plenty of TVs around if you want to catch a game. The hostess seated us right away and was genuinely friendly, especially after learning it was our first time there. We started with espresso martinis, which were surprisingly good--so good, in fact, that we ended up ordering a second round. Definitely a strong start. For an appetizer, we went with the Gravy Fries. Nothing fancy here--just hot, fresh fries covered in brown gravy--but sometimes simple done right really hits the spot, and these absolutely did. For entrées, my wife ordered the crab cakes with a wedge salad (which she loves), and I went with the Green Chili Burger and fries. Both dishes delivered. My wife really enjoyed the flavor of the crab cakes and was happy to see a solid wedge salad option on the menu. My burger was excellent, and the green chili had a legit kick--which I truly appreciate. There's nothing worse than something being advertised as spicy and then falling completely flat, and that was definitely not the case here. Overall, we had a great time and left happy. While it didn't quite cross into "blow-your-mind" territory, everything was done well, the service was friendly, and the food was solid across the board. We'd absolutely go back and would recommend giving Bruno's Kitchen a try if you're in the Southwest Plaza area.

Opened about three weeks ago. It's located in a strip mall with tons of parking. We walked in and ordered a burger and a sandwich. My good friend liked his Italian sausage Sandwich and I liked my My mushroom Swiss Burger. Both came with fries. The vibe upon walking in was of a tap room. I was expecting to be met with beer and more beer! They of course have beers on tap. Are you kidding me? This is CO!But this isn't a brewery! The surprise find of the day was the good sized Carrot Cake that we both liked a lot! The icing's not too sweet. The whole carrot cake was a delightful dessert! I did a little research and this is the same owner of 5281 Seafood and Steak not too far away from this location .

Restaurant is very clean and comfortable with various seating choices: Bar seating, booths, high top tables, low top tables. Bathrooms are very clean as well. Service was very prompt, friendly and efficient. Refills were provided automatically. We were checked on several times. French dip was excellent. My daughter had the hamburger which was very good as well. When in the area we would return.

Amazing time at Bruno's kitchen. Fresh food and custom drinks made the way you like them. Really friendly staff with little wait.

Had the blackened fish tacos which was the special, so tasty and just enough jalapeño slices to make it spicy enough for me. I still had room in the tank for a cup of the sausage and lentil soup, which was amazing! Service is always on point and the ambiance is great. Can't recommend this place enough!

This afternoon my husband and I checked out Bruno's Kitchen. Of course I expected nothing less than quality delicious food The atmosphere is cozy and the service was spot on. We ordered the fish sandwich and the Prime Rib dip and split it. We loved both dishes equally. The fish sandwich filet had an delicious crunchy texture made of crushed kettle chips The prime rib was delicious with the mushrooms and onionsThe onion rings are crunchy and yummm Looking forward to trying out more items on the menuWell done Bruno

If you've been thinking of trying this place, don't hesitate. A great spot with nourishing food and the ambiance is fitting for a bite alone or a social gathering with your loved ones. It was busy and the service was attentive.

Fair. Obvious the staff et al are rather new to the restaurant biz. The decor says it all - low budget.

I ordered: Classic Burger - Double patty, American cheese, pickles, onion, ketchup, mustard. A textbook smashburger with crispy edges, juicy patties, and a soft, pillowy bun. Tallow Fries - Golden, crispy, and indulgent. Like fries got promoted to main character energy. It was honestly the exact meal I needed -- no notes. I left full, happy, and ready for a nap (which I 100% took when I got home). If you're in the area, hitting both C Burger and Sanitas Brewing Co. is the move. Can't wait to go back.

First bite of the burger was cold, I don't know how that could happen when They just made it. The cheese wasn't even melted. I'm guessing that they pre-cook the burgers and then maybe just heat them back up. It was very dry. The fries were such a big disappointment couple squirts of sour cream and maybe one slice of cheese which I paid over $10 for. I had to interact with the person one more time and again they were just snarky. Everything about the places, uncomfortable from the seats to the employee.

And the last time, was no exception. I went and skeptically tried their Italian beef. This isn't Chicago, so finding a good Italian beef sandwich has been an adventure, and often a disappointment. Some folks like things bland. We aren't those people. And, to be fair, as we say at the bar and watched orders come out, it was fairly clear over time, that one guy was cooking and expo'ing - he also brought out the orders. That's a lot for one dude. Kudos to him. Adding salt and pepper, seasoning the patties and grilling the BLT toast would raise this rating quick. Easy fixes are always the best. Ambiance? Def a bar feel. Nothing special. Felt a little bland with theme. Maybe bring the "castle" inside? So much you could do inside with the decor (or lack thereof). That aside, it was cool to se the walls of beer mugs. Will we be back? Probably not but ya never know.

I ordered the quesadilla with carne asada and it came with two sides of sour cream, one mild salsa, and one hot salsa. It also came with garnish on the side of lettuce and tomatoes. The quesadilla was very good it had cheese, carne asada, onions, and some other peppers. It was not super spicy but definitely had a lot of flavor in my opinion. The cheese was extremely rich and made for a great quesadilla! The burger was very good, it came with a big side of fries that were very seasoned! The fries had a lot of salt, pepper, and other spices on it. I love salty food and thought it was perfect. But some people might think it was too much so you may want to ask light salt or no seasoning at all. The burger was very good and every bite had great flavor with the smack sauce, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and onion. I enjoyed both items that I ordered and had plenty left over to eat later. It was a little pricey as I paid $28 for the quesadilla and burger but it was reasonably priced for the portion size and quality of the food. I just expect things to be a little cheaper when it comes to food trucks. The service was very good, I had an older Hispanic couple running the truck when I visited and they were very kind, professional, and put love into the food. The ambiance is cool, I mean it is a food truck with no seating. They have some chairs outside but no table. They also sell drinks, the options that I saw were Coke and Pepsi. I would definitely give snack daddy's a try if you are around downtown Littleton and want to support this small business. I will definitely be back to try some more of the menu.

For the mains, my husband got the meatloaf platter and was obsessed. I had their specialty burger (a mix of beef and elk) that included arugula, goat cheese, jam and some onions - also top notch. The restaurant wasn't very busy when we arrived, and we requested outdoor seating. The hostess was very accommodating, quickly putting two tables together so we could sit outside in the shade on a beautiful Denver evening. The Alaska-inspired menu is fairly limited, but several items sounded appealing, especially the Elk Meatloaf. Our order included: * Bethel Brussels Sprouts ($12) * Elk River Meatloaf ($24) * Seward Caesar with chicken ($15) * Kids Fish & Chips ($9) Let's start with the positives. Service was very good throughout the meal, and our waitress was friendly and accommodating. The Brussels sprouts were a hit with the table -- flavorful and well prepared. The fries served with the fish & chips were hot, crispy. And the dinners were all generously portioned. Unfortunately, the rest of the food ranged from mediocre to disappointing. We were especially looking forward to the elk meatloaf, but both orders arrived extremely dry. The mashed potatoes and gravy were actually quite good, but they couldn't overcome the texture of the meatloaf itself. At least half of each serving was left uneaten. We substituted mixed vegetables for the green beans and found them undercooked, with the carrots still quite hard. The Caesar salad also disappointed, with wilted lettuce, and the fish in the fish & chips was described as bland. The patio itself is pleasant, but it sits directly beside a busy road, so traffic noise can be significant at times. Perhaps we simply ordered the wrong dishes, but given our experience, we were surprised by the restaurant's very high Yelp rating.

They have pool tables ($1 a game), video games and a big, long bar with lots of TVs within easy view. This would be a great place to come alone or with friends to watch sports. (Especially if you're a Nebraska football fan.) But sports isn't the only reason to check out this place. We ordered the BYO (Build Your Own) burgers from their new menu. They were juicy and delicious. I got mine with some pulled pork which was also very good. Our server, Paul J. was super helpful because we told him it was our first time there. Our food came quickly and Paul was attentive with our drinks. The place also has a nice homey feel to it. The name "Lucky Mutt" hints of a dog theme and the walls are covered with pictures of people's pets. The manager collects pictures of dogs that patrons email him. Then he prints them off and frames them for the walls. It's a wonderfully nice touch to make this place even more comfortable.
