Pizzas not great... I ordered delivery, the pizza came and the crust isn't even crispy. It's soggy, thin and flimsy like a wet tortilla. I don't think they are making or even using normal dough. Had dinner here with 2 friends. All of it was really good! The garlic bread was a little too hard on the edges but not a big deal, some like it that way. I had the chicken parm which had a giant piece of chicken. Sauce on the spaghetti was a bit watery. My friends had the spaghetti with meatballs and the chicken alfredo. We shared a caesar salad. Food is okay but they have hidden charges increasing your bill by 2.5% if you're using anything but cash, when asked about this by my father the employee was very rude and proceeded to yell at my sister and girlfriend who's involvement began and ended with sitting at the same table. My family and I met at Brunos Pizzeria tonight. The food was as good as always. In the middle of our dinner, I got up from my table to use the restroom. I was walking towards the restroom, and my feet got tangled up in one of their cloth napkins that was on the floor, I went flying into a table and fell to the ground lading on my knees after hitting the table. My knees are swollen and very painful. Not really a big deal, I certainly will be fine. My problem with this is everyone saw me fall, several customers offered me help but my sons and husband helped me up. Not even ONE employee offered me help, checked to see if I was alright or even spoke of my fall. This is what upsets me. People fall it happens but why pretend it did not happen. So sad. I'm 66 years old and both my knees are swollen as well as one of my wrists. I hope the owner sees this review. read more

We had a fantastic late night experience as a group of 6 after a football game. Our server was lovely, didn't hurry us or make us feel unwelcome since we were coming in near closing. We decided against pizza and ordered the tortellini with chicken cutlet, chicken Gorgonzola salad, cannelloni trio, a fall appetizer special with apples wrapped in prosciutto, and also the stuffed mushrooms and garlic cheese bread. We all shared everything, and it was all very well done and very special. We were all starving and I didn't get any food pictures unfortunately, but I did snap updated pictures of the menu since I couldn't find any online that were less than 5 years old it seemed. House cab sauv was just fine, and at only $6 a glass I'm a happy camper. I'd really like to come back to give this place another chance. On the day I was here with my best friend and nephew the wait staff forgot about our table which sucked because we were super hungry. There was a lot of passive aggressive chatting in the very open kitchen area they have up front. As for the food I tried the chicken piccata and my friend had the Parmesan crusted chicken tortellini. I definitely preferred her dish. Mine had a ton of soup like broth with dry noodles and grilled chicken on top. Not the most flavorful, not like any piccata I've had anywhere else. We ordered delivery through grub hub and it took about an hour to receive our order. The pizzas looked amazing when we opened the box. They are thin crust. We got pepperoni and a Hawaiian. The part of the pizza with toppings are pretty good but the crust isn't that great. It's reminiscent of a cracker and almost stale if not enjoyed quick enough. I had the absolute rudest server tonight at Bruno's. I asked if I could do the margarita pizza without tomato's on half of it as I have sensitivity to texture of tomato's (it's my pizza I should be allowed to say no tomato's) but she felt the need to say that it's a "normal cheese pizza" and pizza had tomatoes on it. Needless to say I had the worst experience, and was uncomfortable/upset by my server the entire time. Not only was this server extremely rude. She also was horrible. My best friend and I came here after having a pedicure next door. She orders from here frequently from DoorDash however this was my first time. We were sat down right away and were the only ones in the restaurant side when we got there. Our waitress was great. She had good suggestions and could answer any questions we had. It's not that big inside but it appears to maybe have an outside deck area for the warmer days. The restaurant was clean and had a good selection of seating. Used to be one of our favorite pizza places. Awful service. Dining area was almost completely empty and we kept getting told to keep waiting for a table. Apparently door dash orders get priority and we waited for over 20 min despite getting told it would only be 10 min. No apologies from staff, we got completely ignored after being told to wait for the 10 min. We decided to leave after 25 min with our 6 month old when we were told it would be even longer (we had to ask for an update), with only 2 couples in the dining room and many empty tables. We ordered Togo and when we went to pick it up they forgot to make our chicken parm, then made our chicken parm in under 15 minutes... We ordered a large pizza half and half toppings. They missed toppings on the pizza. The pizza was also soggy and dry with no flavor. I don't know how they could accomplish that but they did. Worst chick parm I have ever had. The chicken was chewy and the sauce tasted like tomato water. It also smelt horrible. I have had better chicken parm at the hospital than Bruno's. All of our food tasted like plastic. The garlic bread also tasted very old and stale. Do not recommend this place at all. I hope they can change some things because we had to throw away 80$ worth of food because it wasn't even edible. read more

The pizzas are pretty good! It's somewhere between serious pie and Pizza Hut. I'm talking about the thickness of the crust : ) I usually like very thin crust fire wood pizza. So it was a little too doughy for me. BUT!! The quality of ingredients along with the home made like tomato sauce taste so good. I had to have 2 slices instead of 1 now I'm trying to be on Keto diet. This won't help.. They have doordash that you can order out. I couldn't navigate to their app, the website link wasn't working. Wow! Unbelievable experience I just had at this place! After multiple issues with our service from start to finish being a total of almost 2hrs!!! We asked to speak with a manager and was told he said he is too busy to come speak with us! I'm sorry what!??? The waitress was a snotty little thing! I will never come back to this awful place! Military Discount GONE - Bruno's food is pretty spot on. My favorite is Chicken Marsala with Risotto and I love their pizza. My review however, focuses on May 27th, 2024 Memorial Day. While we usually use the Military Discount (thank you Vietnam Veteran husband), we were told yesterday after asking for the discount that it had been discontinued that morning!!! On Memorial Day which honors our fallen military heroes no less!! I was told that it had been abused. While I understand management wanting to cut their losses, to totally stop the discount before any notice, to me, is bewildering. Having been in the restaurant business, I might have lowered the very generous discount and/or given the customers notice. All in all, I'm not pleased with this lack of customer appreciation (no notice to those of us who frequent the restaurant and penalizing the "honest" use of the discount - ask for proof for crying out loud!) read more

Our Book Club met at Bruno's for our monthly meet. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Credit cards are accepted. Reservations are accepted. Tabs were easily and accurately split. Bruno's offers family seating as well as lounge seating. Several TVs are mounted in the lounge to watch featured sports. A small outdoor seating area is offered in the front of Bruno's with bistro style tables. Happy Hour is offered throughout the entire restaurant Monday-Saturday from 3pm-6pm and all day on Sunday. My bestie and I shared a bottle of Boomtown Cab for $24. Our group shared several items off the menu. Italian Stuffed Mushrooms (qty 7) for $6.99 (hh): Italian sausage and cheese served in a cast iron skillet. Delectable. Bruschetta (8 slices) for $5.99 (hh): diced tomatoes, garlic, basil and olive oil served on toasted bread. Garlicky goodness. Mini Antipasto Chop Chop Salad for $4.99 (hh): salami, ham. tomatoes, red onions, green onions, cucumbers, pepperoncini, Kalamata olives, Parmesan cheese served on romaine lettuce with Italian dressing. Flavorful and fun salad. 6" 3-Topping pizza (6 slices) for $8.99 (hh): sausage, pepperoni and Canadian bacon and red sauce. The crust was thin and crisp. The toppings plentiful. The sauce tasty. For dessert we shared Spumoni ice cream for $2.99. Our server in the lounge was perfect. Our server in the restaurant started out as a snot but eventually warmed up to us. I understand how large groups can be intimidating. Overall, we all enjoyed our time at Bruno's and will more than likely schedule future book club meetings here. read more

We decided to try Bruno's for the first time since they take reservations (parties of 6 or more) and Contos does not. It was nice to be able to call ahead for a large party and know we weren't going to wait an hour. That was a huge plus. The servers were really awesome. They had a super cool and laid back vibe but were attentive. This was all of our first times so we were all going in blind. The food was decent. I loved the pizza (I did the everything pizza) and my husband loved his (the Pilchuck) my mom also loved her salad (Gorgonzola salad) and we loved the garlic bread starter and i liked my Cesar starter (it was well dressed which I love!) The rest was not great. I wouldn't go there for pasta. The fettuccini was a little more watery than we prefer and the mac and cheese was dry. So we will probably return for a pizza (this is also a high end pizza place you are paying $25 for a 12 inch) but won't be trying anything else. read more
