At first, you could tell that this is a loved environment as they seem to have their regulars (they know them by name & order). We came in and waited up front for a few minutes while the lady at the counter was finishing up with the orders she was handling. It seemed to have only been her and the man in the kitchen working at that time. We were greeted nicely, and seated at a booth. The waitress took our drink order and returned promptly with them. After we had reviewed the menu she was more than happy to take our order! The food was delicious and exactly what we were expecting to receive- if not better. We had many requests as we have a toddler and she showed no issue with completing them promptly and with a good attitude! (keep in mind it seemed like it was just her on the floor) Overall, service was great, food was amazing with large portions and great flavor. Long hike up to Lake 22 then back into Granite Falls for a little something to eat. It was about 2:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon- there was another couple in the restaurant when we got there- and only one server, I think. Jenny? We sat and checked out the extensive and impressive menu. We were both really tempted by the pasta dishes, but opted instead for a shared large pizza, and we each got a diet coke. We got mushrooms, pineapple, pepperoni and jalapenos. Took about 15 minutes- not overly long. The pizza was awesome. Perfectly crispy crust- flavorful toppings- not greasy. We were super hungry (and the two of us have been known to throw back an entire large pizza) but we had 4 slices left when we were done, to take home. For a large pizza, 4 toppings and 2 soft drinks we paid $47. The drinks were $7.50...I'll never understand how a soft drink is $3.75...the markup is just tremendous. And the pizza was not *cheap* but damn, it was good. Really good. I look forward to going back and trying out the pasta dishes, though since we don't live close by it'll either be a road trip to get there or it'll be on our way to or from somewhere else. Great local spot in Hall. We had a Popeye pizza and asked them to add sausage. What a great pizza! I ordered takeout, and got great service at checkout. The ambience is comfortable and family, friendly, will definitely come back and try to sit down meal with some of the pasta options. read more

We called in and ordered: A large half-Hawaiian, half-pepperoni A large combination A small cheese One bottle of house ranch One small Diet Coke (You know, the essentials to feed seven ravenous humans, three of whom had just landed from the UK and were one breadstick away from eating furniture.) What we got: A small cheese A medium pizza that can only be described as a pizza Frankenstein--half covered in Hawaiian toppings, then a layer of cheese, then pepperoni toppings, then another layer of cheese like it was trying to disguise itself as a calzone with an identity crisis. The other half had some sort of "combination," but honestly at that point we were too confused to care. So here we are with not nearly enough food, seven hangry people staring at this bizarre creation, and I step outside to call Omega. I politely asked the woman who answered to please read back the order--thinking maybe I messed up. She says, totally deadpan, "You ordered a small cheese, and a half Hawaiian/pepperoni, and a combination." I said, "Okay... but what happened to the large part? We ordered TWO larges and a small. You sent a small and a sad medium." Her response? A mix of "Not my problem" and "You got what you paid for." (Side note: if we did pay over $60 for this mess, we should've received at least a complimentary therapist session to unpack the disappointment.) When I brought up that their version of "half Hawaiian, half pepperoni" looked like someone dropped toppings from the ceiling in layers, I got nothing but silence. Not even a "wow, yeah that does sound weird." No refund. No apology. No "let us make it right." Just crusty vibes and soggy pizza. We used to order Omega for special occasions. But after this disaster, we wouldn't even order it for a Monday where nothing matters. In short: Pizza: confusing and borderline inedible Service: colder than leftover freezer pizza Value: laughably bad Customer care: nonexistent Honestly, I've seen more order accuracy from toddlers playing restaurant. I really enjoy going to local places in small towns. My best friend took me for lunch and gave me a fun history lesson about this locally owned Italian food place. She ordered us the Greek fries (French fries with feta crumbles and tzatziki sauce for dipping) and lamb and beef gyros and both were great. Wanting to eat local following a day of hiking we found Omega Pizza & Pasta. We were there are a weird time of day so the place was empty but that didn't ruin the mood or dim the spirits of those working. We asked our server what she'd recommend and she said her absolute favorite was the Greek pasta add Alfredo and chicken. We decided to give it a try. Angel did not steer us wrong. This pasta was cooked to perfection and coated with fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil, feta cheese and olive oil. Add to this the Alfredo (not a lot but the perfect amount) and a chicken breast and this is decadent. Our table also thought the garbage grinder (I think) and we ordered this one was spot on. It doesn't have red pizza sauce but rather a vinegerette and Parmesan cheese sauce topped with all the meat you can enjoy and includes olives, green peppers and onions. While I requested no olives or green peppers. This pizza is excellent. The onions may surprise you as they are raw and laying atop the cheesey goodness. I called in at 6:40 to ask if I could order a pizza to pick up right when they were closing at 8 (I got to them at 7:57) and on the phone, it was not properly explained that the garbage grinder pizza had limitations. I wanted half with jalapeño added. They explained that the sauce used for the pizza can't be put on half the pizza so I changed it to a basic red sauce and ordered the chicken gyro for the other half. They did not provide additional information. I also ordered one serving each of the chicken alfredo and dessert. When I picked it up, the woman behind the counter then explained that because the pizza can't be split in half, they had to charge me for each topping - my whole order ended up being $103 - had there been communication through the phone call or on the website I would have thought twice. Also, how can the ingredients for a pizza not be split in half? This was disappointing after spending all day hiking and was ready for a hot and satisfying meal. I was in Granite Falls earlier today and wanted to grab a bite. Omega was close by and I always like to support local small businesses when possible so I stopped in. Upon entering, the place was really slow as they are only doing takeout due to COVID. I was helped promptly and the person helping was delightful. I ordered a small gyro pizza and 10 - 15 minutes later I was on my way. As I was driving home something occurred to me, usually at boutique pizza places they show you your pizza when they bring it out to you. That didn't happen this time and from the picture I think you can see why. I still had a piece on my way home as I was starving. It was still ok but I felt a bit deceived and taken. I'd like to give these guys the benefit of the doubt on this one as it was the hottest day of the year. Maybe that threw off the times or something. Also, the cook wasn't in the back with oven, he was inside the restaurant. I wouldn't have wanted to be back there either as it was hot in there. All in all the pizza was just edible. My wife and I have been going to Omega's for over 25 years. Up until our last meal there we have never had a complaint. We went there for lunch on August 27th and it was not a good experience. I have always ordered spaghetti with sausage and on our last visit I got spaghetti sauce that was full of green peppers and slices of onion. It was terrible. I asked the waitress about it and she said she would see what was going on, but she never said anything more about it. We will never go back. read more

A group of us dined here to celebrate my bestie's sons 17th birthday. Free street parking can be found. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Tabs were easily and accurately split. The back of the restaurant offers a large banquet room that is suitable for large parties. Reservations are accepted. Omega's offers several draft beers at $5 a pint and quite a few bottled beers. The wine selection is also large. The wines to choose from are lined up on the railing near the kitchen. My bestie and I shared a bottle of Seven Deadly Zins for $30. My wife and I shared the 1/2 Spaghetti and 1/2 Ravioli baked dish for $13.95. We chose the meat sauce. I also added a small tossed salad for $3.95. Our baked dish came out mixed together and not separate like our server stated. The dish was served hot and was tasty. Our salad had cucumber, tomatoes, olives and croutons. A refreshing salad. The garlic bread was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, just like garlic bread should be. Our server knew we were dining due to a birthday within the group. This is where Omega fails in my opinion, hence only 3 stars. Our server could have recognized the birthday boys' birthday with a complimentary dessert of some sort; however, she did not. Love this local Italian spot it's gotten better and better over the years! Great portions

This is a delicious and solid restaurant. While it seems expensive looking at the price alone you have to compare it to the portion size. What they give you is huge. My sister and I often split the lunch special which is a a half salad half sandwhich but even a half of each half is big enough for one person. I also loooooove their ranch. I could eat a gallon of it. The service is sometimes inconsistent and a pizza is much more costly there then other places but I still highly recommend it. read more

I've given Omegas high marks in the past for the food. I was sadly disappointed to see the calamari go. It was a signature dish and when "pops" made it.... Fantastic. The remodel looks good. I ended up ordering a tap Kona Big Wave but it was terribly flat. It could be why it was on special for 3 bucks. I ordered a medium special with sun dried tomatoes. They ended up making it over since the tomatoes burned. They said they ran out for the second pizza but to my surprise it had some on it. The pizza was ok. It wasn't as good as it used to be. Onions were cut oddly and huge chunks. I really want to give this a 4 or 5 but it definitely fell short. I'll follow up to give it another chance. The thing about Granite Falls.... Hadn't been here in several years and stopped in on our way home from the mountain. Got two grinders and a small salad and it just wasn't as good as I remember it being. The turkey sandwich was mostly bread and the other sandwich was more toppings but both were a bit hard and not as fresh as I thought they'd be. The salad was decent but the tomatoes were a little mushy. For the price I wouldn't come here again. I love a good grinder and there are other places close by that offer that if you venture out of town. Unfortunately for GF there are only a few spots to eat. We asked the server if they had any Vegan options since my daughter is Vegan. She said that one if the cooks was Vegan and can prepare something for her. We ordered our pitcher of beer that was from a local brewery. (Amazing) We received our food and the pizza looked and tasted amazing. Generous toppings and well worth the price. My daughter's dish of vegetables look amazing as well. Service was prompt and friendly throughout visit. They even have a pool table for entertainment purpose. Some months ago I reviewed Omega Pizza in Granite Falls saying essentially they have good food but everything takes forever. Very, very slow about everything. Go when you have a lot of time is what I said. Now I'm saying do NOT GO at all. Thursday 01/20/2022 I found myself wanting the food that Omega makes and I had some time. Upon entering wearing our masks per mandate, we were seated by a young female without a mask. She showed us to a table and chatted normally with us. Without a mask to be seen. When she walked away we looked around the restaurant only to find none of the other 4-5 employees we could see, wearing a mask. They were prepping food & drinks, serving them with bright smiles on their faces like there was no lawful mandate requiring them to wear a mask or facial covering while indoors in a group and/or while making, serving food in a restaurant. When we asked one of the unmasked servers why none of them were wearing a mask regardless of it being required by mandate of the Governor, L&I, CDC, she giggled and said they were all "mask-ready so if a customer wanted a waitress to put a mask on she would." She went on to say something about they "felt" ("we feel" was heard numerous times), it was their right to not have to wear the masks all the time what with all the business they have lost because of COVID-19 and the staff who had to be let go, and they "are mask-ready." So "mask-ready" that after walking away from our questions that were clearly due to our discomfort with their lack of masks, not a one put a mask on. I guess one really does have to ask for them to put their mask on for safety and to follow the law. If one has to ask, it's already too late with all the customers already helped and all the food made and served, the damage is done. I could do nothing but leave. At Omega Pizza in Granite Falls, with regard to COVID-19 and its variants, the damage is being done repeatedly, numerous times in a day, with callous disregard to the safety of their customers, their fellow workers, and themselves. NOT a single COVID-19 SAFETY protocol was used during my visit to Omega, including facial coverings. And worse, they don't seem to even get what it's all about, that this is a pandemic and people die from it and its variants. Omega is now officially off my list of good restaurants. They have the distinction of being the first and only restaurant to have ever dropped off my list but it is well deserved by them. They earned every bit of their slow demise. I have no regrets. Strongly do NOT recommend Omega Pizza in Granite Falls. They are not safe! And they don't care! read more

I am not sure about these petty people on here about a one off experience how do you go to a place for 25 years have one bad experience and they say you will never go back? People have a bad day here and there waiting tables is no picnic since one of the 3 things people are the pickiest about is their food. whew now that I vented let me tell you the food at this place is amazing I don't care if the waitress growled at me and cried at the same time and if there was too many green peppers I would pick them out and still love it! I am a resident of Granite Falls and we have limited options for dining. The food here is good quality - it's obvious that they use real cream and butter in their Alfredo and their pizza is also good. However, every time I've dined in I've not enjoyed my experience. The two servers hang out behind the bar and are too busy chatting to take drink orders. When they finally do get them, be prepared to wait twice as long for food orders. If it's busy, I would understand but on at least 3 occasions there were no more than two other tables. The servers are not particularly friendly either. You have the feeling that you are interrupting them versus feeling like a guest. On one occasion the order wasn't quite right and as you'll see in other reviews, it's never their fault.
