Finally writing a review after eating here a handful of times. I have not sat down to eat, I have only had takeout so I cannot say anything a out the service other than what I have experienced at the counter. So far they have been super friendly and attentive. The place looked really clean and for folks wanting a drink and a pizza they have a bar as well. The pizza is pretty good, I like their crust and their red sauce is amazing. The pesto sauce is great as well, its not too salty and I enjoy it a lot. Not the best pizza ever but its definitely top 15 in the state for me. read more

Honestly I have only gone to Bravas for team parties and been surprised by the treatment we have had. They always seem stressed by the kids and are not very welcoming. This time my kids were told they were not allowed to go to the bathroom without an adult. I understand kids can be a little crazy at a team party but it's not like there was anyone else in the restaurant for them to bother. Also the pizza is overpriced for the quality that you get. My sons team had a party the day before at Alfys in Monroe and we had the total opposite experience there. The pizza is consistently good if you like a thicker crust pizza. The restaurant is good sized. You can spread out and not feel crowded.

After waiting 45+ minutes for a pizza we ordered with the rest of our food we had already almost ate we finally asked if our last pizza was almost ready. They seemed confused they then realized they never brought out our last pizza to us. Not sure what happened but we asked for a refund or at least a partial cause the pizza they handed us was cold the worker Brianna we were dealing with told us there was nothing they could do for us. Been going here for 10 years, and although I'd say it's a bit pricey, it's worth it when you're wanting a more "authentic" family Italian restaurant type pizza. Do not believe their online wait times. I ordered online and it said 20 minutes, I arrived in about 15 and they said it would just be a few more minutes. After 20 minutes of standing there (almost 40 minutes total now) I asked where my order was. They hadn't even started it. I literally wasted almost an entire hour waiting for a pizza that hadn't even been started. I asked for a refund and left. Being that it was our first time to Brava I was expecting it to be just a normal pizza joint like everywhere else. What I got was more than exceptional tasting pizza, but they also had the Pepsi drink machine unlike the Coke ones I've seen in other restaurants. The flavor of our combination pizza was amazing especially where we asked for two different varieties with two completely different sauces which seemed to hold the test by not bleeding into each other; then to top it off with the stuffed crust made it all delicious. My goodness I could not believe how much cheese was on this pizza as it was beyond belief. We got the large BBQ chicken and added jalapeños and pineapple. What was most shocking was the price tag. A large pizza and large salad was $46!!!! That's before a tip! Highway robbery. If I would have called in that order I would have cancelled, but my boyfriend was unfortunate enough to pay this tab. Both the cheese and sauce were fairly average, as were the meats. It was a decent pizza, but it wasn't amazing. We ordered at the counter and then found our own table, and it wasn't busy when we arrived. The pizza didn't take very long to come out, and it was hot and fresh when it arrived at the table. The pizza was perhaps a bit on the expensive side, especially when considering that it was fairly average in taste. Brava was a fine quick stop for lunch, and if in the area I would probably do it again, but I certainly wouldn't go out of my way as there are much finer pizza options in the Seattle area. read more

Again, they were slower at delivery but the time went by fast, so be aware of lunch time rushes and that they are popular at this time. The crust was cooked wonderful, not hard, not too soft. It had a nice amount of pineapple and ham to not be overbearing. A very wonderful pizza! First off; this place is run by teenagers. So that should set the bar for your expectations. Low. Second; the food is good, and the salads are good. Also, they forget utensils, napkins, and plates upon delivery, knowing full well that the place they are delivering to (Snotown brewery) does not serve food and therefore does not have plates, napkins, or utensils. I had to call them a separate time to get them to walk their skinny-jeaned ass back down to the brewery and deliver these items with their order. I wish I could take back the tip I gave the delivery guy. It was like they opened a can of sauce and warmed it up and dumped it on some undercooked noodles. There was so little flavor to anything.
