Alson broke down the image in very easy to follow steps. Both were engaging, charismatic and extremely helpful. The playlist was really good with a variety of music from different genres and generations. With just the right amount of intstruction time and breaks, the activity is really fun even if you have never painted before. There are drinks and small bites available for sale, however they are pretty small for the prices so I wouldn't suggest going hungry. Fortunately, Muse is located conveniently in the Battery, with tons of options for dining before or after the class!

We were given a short intro and instructions and then let loose to be as creative as we liked. At the end you're lead to a table to put your masterpiece in a 'wet paint box', you go clean up in a section in the back then walk back to the front to claim your box. It was a cool experience and our new artwork will make its debut on the living room wall when fully dry! I would definitely come back and try the other rooms and activities they have available. They have summer camps, weekly dance and singing classes as well as private vocal lessons. As parents, we love that this theater makes sure each child has a few lines and feels part of the shows even on the beginner level. We also appreciate that costumes are part of the production fee! This group challenges my daughter to explore new music and see what her voice can really do! She would go to YAP every day if she could.

A Hidden Gem for Family Fun in Hiram!…read more I was visiting my 8-year-old godson, Julian, from DC and wanted to take him somewhere new and exciting--and Outrageous Mini Golf totally delivered! This was his first time playing mini golf and he loved it. The haunted house theme was super fun and surprisingly well done, with great lighting effects and decorations that kept us both entertained the whole way through. After golf, we spent a couple more hours in the arcade and tried the VR experience, which was a huge hit. He said it was his favorite part... right after beating me twice at the basketball game. Shout out to Tyler F. who was super patient helping us get everything set up, and to Jason, the owner, who personally showed Julian how to hold and swing the golf club on the first few holes--such a thoughtful touch. It was a Wednesday night, so we had the place almost to ourselves, and the pricing was really reasonable for everything we got to do. I'm already planning to tell his parents this would be a perfect spot for his 9th birthday party. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in Georgia--maybe even without a kid in tow! My only con was the spinning swing as one attendee was hit in the head by one of the chairs and the bottom of it was wood. Hopefully, the issue was rectified, but I honestly would bring my kids back. Strong supervision by parents is a must though. I also received a call from an employee a few weeks after visiting personally inviting us to join a weekend event being hosted at Fun Time While Learning. We appreciated being reached out to and enjoyed our time there.
