For such a small space I appreciated that they not only have a drive-thru but they've put in about seven tables and three benches for people to sit and enjoy their ice cream after purchasing. My appetite was small so I ordered the kid's scoop for $4.99. (Black Cherry) My family both ordered small cups. I liked my ice cream choice but their portions are on the less generous side. I saw that for $1.00 more I could just do the small cup which would be two scoops and would feel like a better deal for the money. I'll definitely do that next time even if I'm not hungry. Got here at 7:45pm. We were asked to order on the website. Great fine. No big deal. Did it. Ordered at 8:00. Then there system started working again. Other people ordered in line. Waited, Waited, Waited. Went to the windows to ask my order. Said, yep we have it. Waited over 30 minutes for a couple of scoops of ice cream. I am so glad that Bruster's ice cream is near me. It is delicious and i love that they have an oatmeal ice cream. The waffle cone was fresh, crispy and delicious. It is nicely situated near the Costco. There is a drive through and also an outside seating area. I am definitely returning to try the rest of the flavors. The customer service was excellent! I've had wonderful experiences at Bruster's... in California. I've been itching to visit the ones out here and raved about it to my family. Tonight, I called to see if I could order a cake with 45 hours notice (instead of the 48 they request online.) The young lady I spoke to was the go-between for myself and her manager; however, I could hear the manager. The manager was quite rude, curt, dismissive, and uninterested. The young lady did try to find a solution with the pre-made pies they had on hand but honestly the manager's behavior was very off-putting. I'm going to Dairy Queen instead (and it's cheaper.) Additionally, if you want a cake, no guarantees even with notice. Their decorator is out all weekend. read more

OMG, kill me. The kid on the squawk box sits there and says "What?! What?! what? "Huh?!" "Huh?!, he seemed completely in shock when I asked him for a cup/bowl...and kept repeating "cup? bowl? Cup? Bowl? takes forever.....then ends up not adding my one topping and when we asked him if he put the topping in he throws a bunch in a cup and says "here!", forgets my husband ingredients for a banana split. After that he says thanks, bye while I'm holding out my debit card because I hadn't paid yet, and he partially shuts the window, opens it again and says "oh, I didn't charge you yet?" . Haven't had the ice cream yet because I'm still completely dumbfounded and the nightmare of ordering. I will update for the taste of the ice cream. I won't be back. They had great and friendly service, while being very informative about their selections with taste tests optional. The thickness of the ice cream is akin to custard with it being of good quality. I had a Medium strawberry shake which starts with vanilla and adds a lot of fresh strawberry's which kinda could be compared to a sonic shake but much better quality. Lastly they have metallic circular benches with mist fans for a hot summer making it a good place to hang out and talk or go out on a date. 10-10 am coming back again. read more

I am very disappointed in Bruster's ice cream. I love ice cream and finally thought I found a place I could enjoy. I had been there a couple of times and enjoyed the ice cream. The employees are just there. Not rude but not friendly either. I finally got to take my brother there for my birthday. One they had no ones for change for his $20.00. I had 5 ones that I gave her for a five-dollar bill. Not a big deal. But when I go to pick up our ice cream, which we both got two scoops, his was huge and mine looked like one scoop. When I asked the young man about the size difference and whether I had one scoop, he just stared at me like what. Then the manager, I guess, shouts across the store and says something like there are different scoops for different items, what? I don't understand this. How is this determined? Based on bias, whether you are almost out of that ice cream? I felt scammed and humiliated. I did not need to be shouted across the store for everyone to hear. I truly wished I took a picture of his next to mine, it was an unbelievable difference. I hate places that play games. Once I get burned, I will not be back. I am not the only one having issues with scoop size and employees. I guess the silver lining in this, is I won't be getting the calories anymore, lol. read more
