Yea I did get the warranty and I thought the ac was a part of it and guess what IT WASNT. I'm thankful for the car but they could've done better ways that I wouldn't have to go through hoops trying to figure out why and how they didn't notice it in the first place. When he presented the out-the-door price, he added the $500 back and then added another $1,000 fee because we were from out of town and not financing through the dealership. This fee was never disclosed beforehand. When we pushed back, he claimed it was "money held in reserve in case something went wrong," then offered to cut that fee in half. Bottom line: after agreeing to a $500 discount, the final number was actually $1,500 higher than expected. They knew we were from out of town from the start, and I've never experienced pricing tactics like this before. Very disappointing and felt dishonest. I took the vehical to my home that day. The next day less than 300 miles into owning the car not 24 hours later the check engine light came on. The dealership i bought the van from was notified via email. They asked me to make an appt with services and that they would take care of it. I took the van to them on the next Tuesday as they couldn't get my vehicle to be looked at till Wednesday following.  On Friday services called me and said they would fix the vehicle but would only cover half the cost as I didn't purchase a warrenty. The bill was quoted for 2344.89.  I feel as if this dealership has sold me a vehicle that was not in decent running condition. That they should be held accountable for the entire repair. As I haven't even been able to transfer the van into my name or sign a tittle. When I voiced my concern and let the dealship know that I was concerned about the purchase. I would like it to be fixed or my money refunded. They then called me and told me they would no longer service my van and that I need to come pick it up that day or by Monday end of day.  This is the worst customer serviced I have experienced with any dealership. No solid attempt to rectify this short coming.  There has to be a better way to solve this.

We trusted the sales rep And Terry Hendricks, took it on his first road trip, got there and found out it needed brakes all the ways around, of course the warranty only covers transmission and not wearable parts. Oh sorry we find out that it needs a front drive axle which it needed all along... If we would done a simple inspection we would've found these items prior to buying, but trusted sales rep saying that it went through a full inspection there prior to it coming onto the lot. The salesman and owner seemed nice and even nicer when I had cash and became even nicer when they found out I served in the military for over 22 years. I told them I be fine with a car that had some issue. As long as they told me the problems, because I would have it repaired. They told me that the car they were selling me was in good shape, safe and the owners took great care of it !!!!!!. Fast forward two months and a creditable dealership looking at we found out the car was a death trap. Timing cover, engine oil pan, subframe and sway bars and struts. I called the dealership and the owner told me at least you got a couple thousand miles out of it. Didn't ask if my daughter was ok and offer any help. This people are dirt bags, they put on the sweetness to sell me the car, talking about how they love there veterans and they take care of them. I wouldn't recommend these people they have no pride in self of fellow American veterans.
