Had an appointment for 845am. Didn't get sen until 10:15. This place is terrible. At least three or more patients went ahead of us.

As far as the staff, well, the girl that's literally the face of the office when you walked in did not seem like she was having a good day and didn't seem very friendly. At all. Outside of her poor interpersonal communication skills, the other staff seemed to be pleasant enough, but I would like to feel like I was welcome in the office rather than a stranger.... perhaps, a few more smiles, a few more hellos, or maybe a couple "welcome " would be advantageous for people who have white coat syndrome, like me. Just saying. And it's not like they were are hard a work.... I could hear them shooting the sh!t and laughing amongst themselves. Anyhow, I'd recommend Dr Norton and Delgado to everyone and anyone, because what it comes down to is quality of care. Hopefully they have a high turnover and be able to get some friendly faces in there. Oh! And all these reviews where I saw that they don't get back to you and they leave you hanging... yah, NO.... that was NOT my experience at all! They responded so promptly to so many of my crazy inquiries. And I cannot tell you how good that was for me.

When my previous primary care provider retired, who I absolutely adored, I was anxious as to whether or not I would find a new primary care provider that would meet my expectations. The Ontario "Friends of Family" team has not only met my expectations, they have far exceeded them! The staff, from my doctor and her team, the office manager to the front office staff are always kind and attentive. I can always count on Dr. Lacazze and her care team to listen carefully, answer all of my questions, and make me feel at ease throughout my visit. Laura, Heather, Stephanie and Cassandra, as members of the front office team, are nothing less than efficient, and are exceptionally friendly, welcoming and professional. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-managed. I had a recent scare with my insurance coverage. With Heather's assistance and expertise, we were able to navigate through the issues to a successful resolution, which I couldn't have done without her assistance. Her compassion and guidance turned a scary situation into one that was survivable, for which I am extremely grateful. If you are looking for a health care team that is kind, attentive, and treats patients like family, this is the health care team for you!

I FILED A GRIEVANCE TO MOLINA HEAlthcare against my new PCP Dr. Rochelle Lacaze, because she…read morerefused to give me refills for vitamins, minerals, aspirin, mental health and cholesterol medications. She actually referred refills for these meds to be signed by my NEPHROLOGIST WHO DOES NOT PRESCRIBE such medications. * Grievance Filed: I filed a grievance against Dr. Rochelle Lacaze on April 13, 2026, regarding her refusal to refill my prescriptions for Sertraline, Resuvastatin, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Low-Dose Aspirin, and Magnesium Glycenate. I have 16 medications in total. 10 are for kidney related issues. * Molina Healthcare's Response: Molina Healthcare responded to the grievance by contacting Dr. Lacaze, but they did not investigate which medications she refused to refill, which were non-kidney related and 4 of 6 requested were OTC, but Molina HC covers them. * Grievance Timeline: The letter from Molina Healthcare misrepresents the timeline of events related to my request for refills. * First Visit with Dr. Lacaze: On April 9, 2026, I had my first visit with Dr. Lacaze, who recommended 2 follow-up appointments for a mental health assessment and a physical. I forgot to ask for refills, so I asked a lady who was filling in for Maggie, Dr. Lacaze's assistant, for a refill for magnesium glycenate, because I have low magnesium levels. This is OTC, but my nephrologist did prescribe it, because Molina will cover their cost. I had run out, and my next appointment with my nephrologist would be in July, two months away. * Medication Refills Issue: On April 10, 2026, during a phone conversation with Maggie, I asked for additional refills for all medications that had been prescribed by my PCP, the ones that are non-kidney related. On April 13, 2026, I spoke to Maggie again to follow up on the refills. She informed me that Dr. Lacaze wanted to refer my refill requests to my nephrologist. This upset me. I told her again that my nephrologist does not give me prescriptions for non-kidney related medications. I asked her, where am I supposed to get these meds if not from my PCP???? The Molina HC Grievance Response letter incorrectly states that I did not ask for refills until April 13th and that I did not explain that my former PCP prescribed the meds according to their discussion with Dr. Lacaze. THESE ARE UNTRUE!!!! I spoke to Maggie on April 10th, when I asked her for more refills. I explained then that my former PCP had prescribed them. * Grievance Reason: I was concerned about my rights to continuation of care and access to medications prescribed by my former PCP. I called Molina HC Customer Service to let them know that my PCP refused to give me refills, and I asked what I can do about it. What are my patient's rights to continuation of care? The customer service agent apologized to me for having this awful experience. She said she would help me to find another PCP and that she would help me to file a grievance. It was not my intention to do so, but she knew that the refusal for refills of non-specialist related medication was inherently wrong. * Reason for Leaving Molina Healthcare: I am leaving Molina Healthcare due to their failure to thoroughly investigate a grievance regarding medication refills and their failure to make clear what my rights are to continuation of care. If my PCP will not fill my medications that are vitamins, minerals, aspirin, cholesterol and mental health medications; where and from which doctor am I supposed get them? Not from my nephrologist!!!! Dr. Lacaze referred me to my nephrologist for these medications! Astoundingly, Molina Healthcare agreed with her, if they did seek to examine her records of refill refusals. * Lack of Proof: Molina Healthcare did not gather proof from the doctor's records. This seems obvious, because how could Molina allow a PCP to refuse refills for OTC vitamins, minerals, aspirin? How can Molina agree that Dr. Lacaze is justified in referring cholesterol and mental health medications to be filled by my nephrologist, instead of my PCP? *Poor Communication from Molina HC Care Manager: I have a record of one call on May 6, 2026 of a short message from Brenda, my assigned Molina HC Care Manager, who left a perfunctory message, saying, "My name is Brenda. I am a care manager with Molina Healthcare..." and that's all. She didn't say why she was calling. I have no record of calls on May 4th and May 11th when she said she tried to reach me, as stated in the Molina HC Response to Grievance letter. Brenda sounded irritated. Supposedly, she was assigned to help me after I filed a grievance. She did not even mention this in her voicemail on May 6, 2026. * Future Action: I will record calls to doctor's offices to ensure accountability and transparency. I want to record office visits also, but some offices prohibit using cell phones in their offices. I think one reason is for them to have the opportunity for deniability.

He is kind, caring, compassionate and a seasoned Doctor who takes his time in assessing you. For those people giving Dr. poor reviews because they have to sometimes wait long hours, please note that unpredictable situations arise daily and that will determine how the day unfolds. With that said, if you have an appointment for follow-up blood work and a toddler with a cough and high fever comes in.......it is not rocket science, they will likely take precedence. Maybe some of you have never visited an emergency room. Same concept! I too have experienced waiting hours to be seen with an appointment. Instead of getting worked up about, I understand that this is how it is at times and par for the course. All patients, and there are a lot, will get the same great service I get ....and THAT TAKES TIME. Prior to meeting Dr., in my previous 20 years of seeing other doctors, I have never had a Dr. assess me for more than 3-5 minutes and then send me off; I thought that was the norm. I say all of this because we have a high level of respect and praise for Dr. He has taken such excellent care of my husband and I, as if we were family. He and his staff always go above and beyond/go the extra mile to rule out a certain concern or illness and take whatever extra steps necessary for the issue at hand. I have personally experienced, and have also seen with other patients, where the staff work into their lunch hours to ensure all patients are taken care of. We know we are in great hands with Dr. So much so that when our insurance changed last year and tripled in cost, to continue with the same insurance that Dr. accepts, we discussed our options and finances in great length. We opted that is well worth the extra expense to continue receiving priceless, top-notch care (with no regrets). I hope you read this Dr. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being the one-in-a billion Dr. you are. We are so blessed to have you.

I am truly blessed I found such a caring and compassionate Dr. I highly recommend his office to everyone. I have found the office's online portal very convenient and easy to use and like that they respond in a timely manner to emails. So far, we have only had one in person and one telehealth appointment (which was really easy to log onto) and found the Dr to be very personable and he seems to be attentive and thorough and didn't rush us through either appointment which is much appreciated so I can understand why some of the other reviewers have said that their appointments didn't start on time. (If your time is not as flexible, experience from another past favorite Dr has taught us that getting early in the day appointments reduced lobby time since wait times can get longer as the day goes on and Telehealth appointments are also great since you can do them anywhere and they are more likely to start on time). The Dr appears to be very popular, so appointments are scheduled out but if you have something urgent the office staff will work to get you in sooner.
