They did't have the tire I needed at this location, so they told me they ordered it from a different location at Custer/121. Instead of making them go get it immediately on a Friday evening, I agreed for them to get it first thing Saturday morning for it to be ready by 10am. At 11:30 I finally called them to check on the status, and they said it would be another hour before the tire arrived. At 12:35 I came to the shop, and they said it would be another 40 minutes before the tire arrived. I left and went to a different "discount" tire service and had a new tire wIthin two hours.

Although the shop was busy, they did a great job accommodating everyone's needs and moving things along. There were only 5 seats, and they filled up fast, so people stood and waited the entire time.
