The customer service here was the most friendly and helpful I have ever come across in the automotive business. An unplanned maintenance on the car brought us here and luckily all it was an oil change. They opened just two weeks ago and this location is in brand new shape. The interior is very clean and every employee from the receptionist to the mechanics outside and of course manager, Alex, were so nice. I could not get over how nice they were. Most businesses like this push additional services on you but these guys were respectful and just gave a quick thorough explanation on their recommendations. I work a a Caliber Collision locatikn (cousin to auto cares), so when I made an online appointment for a State Inspection I was shocked to hear that I had an hour wait due to two people ahead of me. I asked, "regardless of my appointment?" They said that the website should not have given that option as legally they aren't allowed to take appointments for state inspections. I have been coming here for a few years and for oil changes they're the best! Everyone here is great and very professional and personable. HOWEVER , for mechanical servicing they never have an opening, it's always always ALWAYS are a week or two before they can get your car in, so I always end up going somewhere else. Which I thankful for!!! Because I recently realized they are sharing my information with Carfax!! Which should be illegal! Everything wrong with my vehicle regardless of it being fixed is forever on my permanent record to diminish my cars value once I trade it in! So be very careful what you have done here if you ever plan to trade your car in and went to get your equity out of your car. Not to mention I never authorized them to share my information with Carfax! Yesterday, late in the day, my husband's tire light kept coming on and he found a nail in it. We are not from here at all. We're staying over at a campground in Frisco. No idea where to go get this fixed. He left the house and said he was going to try and find a place but when I heard him coming back 30 minutes later, I thought oh no he couldn't find anything and he's going to be upset. I could not believe it when he said that he had found a place very near the campground, and they had indeed fixed it. I was referred to this location by Costco. I called to make an appointment but the representative who answered the phone said he was too busy and asked if he could call back. I waited five days but there was no call back. I visited the location earlier this week and I was told that I had to leave my car. I asked if I could make an appointment and gave the technician a list of the things I wanted them to do. I arrived this morning for my scheduled appointment and I was told that I would have to leave the car and that they would not be able to do the scheduled work for five days. I asked if they could do the state inspection and an oil change and he said I would still have to wait and asked for my insurance card. I told him it was in the glove compartment, gave him the keys and we walked out to the car together to get it. We walked back into the shop and he asked me again for the card. I initially came in for a state inspection but also needed an oil change. Both were done for a little over $100. State inspection brought back a few things in maintenance that I should consider. They have pictures of all the concerns which is great because I don't particularly know what these things are or if they actually need maintenance if not shown to me. They gave me a few price quotes for these items and we plan to come back and have the service this month. Frankie explained things to me well, but I don't retain information well when I don't understand it. He kindly explained what and why these items needed maintenance when my partner called and inquired about it (because my memory is terrible). Went in for annual inspection on our Jeep. Frankie was super friendly and quick to get our car in. Offered us a quick Starbucks coffee while we wait, in a very comfortable living room atmosphere! I had a real bad experience with Mr. Josh Mcadoo, who insisted in running a diagnostic to find out the problem with my Ford Fusion SE, which didn't start because according to a Diagnostic test that I ran in another shop had already determined that the Alternator didn't work. I was told by Mr. Mcadoo that the price of the diagnostic wouldn't go into replacing the part, which was about $200 ! Then the price of the alternator was about $998 + labor would be a total of $1,400! Then the battery I had was only 6 months old, but the faulty alternator drained the battery so I had to replace it for another $200! The total for everything + taxes came out to $2,600! The Alternator had a warranty of 3 years. I asked for the warranty in writing, but Mr. Mcadoo told me that it was there in the receipt, which only showed the terms of service! So I asked him to give me a print out of the warranty, which he finally printed for me. Then I started up the car, and to my surprise, the radio didn't turn on. I told Mr. Mcadoo do fix it. The technician told me that they would have to disassemble the whole part to be able to see the problem, and that would have an extra cost! WTF? Even though they messed up my radio fixing the alternator, they refused to fix or even see what they caused to make it fail. PLEASE, DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS AWFUL PLACE!!! read more

They gave me several options for prices of new tires to choose from and they even did several other things we had been putting off. First time here. Went in for oil change without an appointment. I was able to drive thru and stay in the car while they performed the oil change. They also checked multi points and took pictures of each and sent out the report showing all the pictures for you which is a nice complimentary. I went in with the coupon and they honored it with free tire rotation per the coupon - had to insist that it was there. I wanted to wait for a while as I've seen other people had horrible story after they got oil change at other places. Integrity is hard to find in auto business. You went in for oil change and they screwed you by loosening a few things to make you go back for their business. I called this morning about getting an alignment to see if there was a wait to which I was told there wasn't a want and it would take an hour to an hour and a half once there. I drive straight there and after getting in the system and sitting down, I was told it would be and hour or two before they could start. I explained that I called 5 minutes before getting there and was told no wait. He said he apologized and that if I wanted to leave they would call when they were ready. I was then called back later to which I was told that the Master Technician had pulled my car up and it required a special alignment and would be $349, not $99 and would that be ok!?!? I visited Caliber for a tire patch, and I can honestly say I was incredibly impressed with every aspect of it. I called, asking if they could do patches, and they said they did. They also offered to squeeze me into their schedule right then, which was unnecessary but very helpful. When I arrived, I was impressed by the facility and the professional and friendly nature of the staff. Not only did they patch my tire, but they mounted the wheel (as requested), and did it for no charge. I do not know if that is a policy or something they were just able to accommodate (so please don't go there expecting free patches/mounts). I was happy to pay for the service, but they would not accept it. Not only did they do the patch, they then put it through courtesy, checking pressure on all tires and filling washer fluid. This speaks to attention to detail to me. They refused to let even a free service go back to the customer without doing that first. And, on top of it all, after fitting this into their schedule, they also thanked me for *my* patience for waiting. For a free service. I also had priced out my tire in case I needed a replacement and they were $40 cheaper than Discount Tire. I will absolutely be taking any of my future work to them as a result of this experience. read more

After a thorough explanation by Doug he worked with us and walked us through all the items that needed and did not need to be completed to pass the inspection. He was very concerned about the safety of the vehicle for my daughter and made sure that we had all the necessary items completed.
