The coffee is ok for the only place in town. The customer service experience was really terrible. From not being greeted when we walked in, being told rudely to read the sign when I asked what milk options they had, and just overall grumpy vibe from the workers. The baristas head was blocking the sign where it had the milks listed so I couldn't see it. You can tell that this is one of the only places in town for coffee so I guess they don't have to be nice? They didn't acknowledge us as we were leaving either. Yuck. read more

I really enjoyed the plentiful outdoor seating and the gorgeous patio. The coffee was nothing special, but I was also better than your average Starbucks, so can't complain! After trying both an Americano and the drip coffee, I discerned that their roasts are predominately on the darker end of the spectrum. If that's what you're into this is your place! They also had ample food options, including most of the items you would find at a hotel continental breakfast. This is ideal if you're getting prepared for a day at the National Park. Be sure to buy one of their large bottles of water, which might come in handy during a really hot summer day in Bryce. My main caution goes out to those who are taking the pandemic seriously. If you want to visit this place please beware that the employees do not wear masks. It's very concerning, and I hope that they've changed their policy in the days since I visited in the summer. I just wore my mask and spent minimal time inside. read more

Throughout the day, the staff, Shana and Tyson, were welcoming and provided incredible service and recommendations for sights nearby. Stopped in before heading into Bryce Canyon national park, and loved this place! Their coffee is fantastic, and I loved that they had a selection of homemade pastries to go with it. I tried a cafe ole and my boyfriend ordered a mocha and both were great! For the pastries we tried the cinnamon roll and the raspberry coffee cake. The coffee cake was amazing and the cinnamon roll was just ok. The staff was friendly, and we loved the layout of the coffee shop as well as the outdoor seating. Will definitely visit again for coffee when we come back to Bryce Canyon. read more

Americano and chai latte were the best of the trip so far. Good, hot and fresh. The bagels were $4 and were set up like a hotel breakfast (you toast them etc.). Bagels greatly overpriced considering they didn't appear to be homemade and you had to prepare us yourself. I stand firmly behind these 5 stars I am giving to this cute little coffee shop in Tropic, Utah. It's the best of the best you are going to get in this area. So if you are heading up to see Bryce Canyon, and you'd like a nice coffee drink before or after you trek up there, then make sure you stop here to get it! Even open on Sundays (whew!) - I was a happy girl to see this place was open after my husband and I had spent our morning exploring Bryce Canyon. We decided to see what was in Tropic, which is not too far from the entrance to Bryce. There wasn't much open, and not a lot to see, but Bryce Canyon Coffee Co was my savior! I ordered an iced mocha. It had great flavor, and really hit the spot. Also I saw some muffins and other baked goods along the counter space. The staff was nice and the inside of the establishment was clean, with a woodsy-cabin vibe to it. If you are heading out to do exploring in this area of Utah, make sure to stop by here. read more

Five stars for the quality of the coffee and the atmosphere. Very cute shop. Zero stars for compliance with state mask mandates while covid cases are on the uptick in Utah. We stopped for afternoon lattes on 10/25 - amazing - and served by a friendly, masked man. We stopped for drip coffee the next morning, and the two women working the counter were unmasked and unapologetic. We did not return. read more

The latte here did not disappoint! Espresso was much better than the type you'll find at Starbucks or other big-named chains. My latte was also brewed super-hot! It took quite awhile until I was able to cool it down enough to drink, but once I did I sure was satisfied. They didn't have a long menu of specialty drinks or anything extraordinary, but that's not needed anyway! The service was great and friendly. The latte was reasonably priced. All these positive reviews, must be that no good espresso has wend its way into this part of the country, alas... PROS: Sweet, clean, attractive place. Very nice staff behind the counter. The only espresso within reach of Bryce Canyon National Park. CONS: The coffee. I rate espresso shops on a 1 to 5 scale. 1 = bilge from a gas station espresso vending machine. 5 = A memorably wonderful cup of coffee. Starbucks gets 3.5 to 4, depending on the location, etc. Well, at the Bryce Canyon Coffee, one cup of latte would be rated 2. Not as bad as gas station stuff, but any Starbucks has it beat by miles. What is even worse, is the other latte was made with spoiled milk. So this was a true 0. Hopefully, this is a rare experience, so I can overlook that and give it 2 stars. But also keep in mind that a 16 oz cup will cost you only a few cents less than $6. Ouch. This is presumably a rural-area premium. But to pay a lot for a very poor cup of latte is a big disappointment. So to the Bryce Canyon NP visitors, I would say, skip your lattes. The 8 or so mile drive from the park lodge to the place where you can buy an unsatisfactory cup of coffee is not worth it. By the way, my standards are not overly high for remote places. At Zion park outskirts, Cafe Soleil serves wonderful lattes, and Perks Espresso is about as good, though more bitter. read more

I have no clue how the coffee tastes here because I don't drink coffee...but still this place gets a five. I used the wifi here to do a couple of days of work remotely. I observed that this is a great place to get coffee and catch up on your email or news in a very comfortable location. Wifi had good speeds. The owners were very kind and engaging with all the customers (got to observe them for several hours each day.) They gave great tips about things to see and do and how to get places....if someone lost their phone at a store, the owner quickly was calling the store...if someone needed a dog sitter, the owner was getting the name and number for a dog sitter...if someone needed a room but the Bryce Canyon Inn, she would call the neighboring motels and see if they had room....in other words these are good people who own this place. Lastly, the restroom is nice and clean. read more

Fresh and bright, both the dark roast and medium breakfast roast were full bodied and flavorful without being overwhelming. If you are looking for legit good coffee in the Bryce Canyon area you should consider this your only choice. There are a few other "espresso" places around but they are all pretty blech. Rich, perfectly roasted coffee prepared professionally and delicious. No real extras or amazing baked goods, just a perfect cup of coffee. read more
