It looks like a nice place to get a cup of coffee, so we stopped in. We were severely disappointed in the coffee that we got. We both perked up at the sight of "cold brew" on the menu. Cold brew coffee, which this business doesn't understand, is made by leaving coffee, grounds and water to sit together, creating a concentrate that is smooth and wonderful. This is absolutely not the same as "iced coffee." Admittedly, the nomenclature is a problem and causes confusion. However, for a professional coffee place, it shouldn't be confusing to them. One of us ordered a cold brew coffee (usually made with cold brew concentrate, mixed with hot water), and asked for it hot. This dumbfounded the person behind the counter, who made a "what?" face and instead gave her a cup of "cold brew" coffee and told her to go put it in the microwave. I asked for a regular cold brew coffee, and got a cup full of ice With a diluted, barely flavored coffee like beverage. This means that I was served iced coffee - and watery boring iced coffee at that, which only got worse as the ice melted. The microwaved "cold brew" was likewise flavorless. What a waste of time and money. There's no way for us to recommend this place for coffee after that. Either the coffee is watery and bad, and/or the folks working there don't understand coffee drinks. read more

We stopped in twice. Wife ordered their cold brew and I had a cappuccino. We both liked our drinks. I think the cold brew is actually iced coffee so if you're pretentious about coffee, especially cold brew, order their hot coffee. It's really good. 2nd trip I had an Americano and I got some real heavy whipping cream added, just for asking. My wife liked their "iced coffee" so much, she ordered it again. We ordered a couple of slices of banana bread which was OK. It brought the rating down from 5 to 4. read more

We were actually looking for a different coffee place but came to this one by accident. But what a happy accident! The coffee was great and the woman that served us was very friendly and kind. The bathrooms were clean and the inside had plenty of space to sit and chat/rest. We only got a couple of lattes but I like that they had a lot of flavor options as well as smoothies if you don't want coffee. We did not have a good experience at Bryce canyon coffee. Our barista was rude and my cold brew was sub par. Briefly, our barista did not act like she was interested in working or serving customers. Besides a generally rude demeanor, I would like to describe our specific encounter. We are from out of town and visiting Bryce Canyon. We wanted to check out local coffee shops and food, which is how we found ourselves in this coffee shop. My wife, noticing the menu that advertised "iced tea", asked the barista for a iced green tea. The barista said "do we even serve that here?" (As if my wife should know). Now flustered, my wife pointed to the box of green tea behind the barista and asked if she could have it iced. We payed and waited about ten minutes for our drinks when the barista put a cup of ice water with a bag of green tea floating on top on the bar. If you do not provide the service of steeping hot tea and pouring into a cup with ice than please tell us so we dont spend $2.50 on ice water. read more

I love when small towns do things well. This is one of those places. They definitely cater to the cabins and bed and breakfast type of thing, but we were camping nearby and needed some coffee before our LONG drive home. I was so excited to find that they have milk alternatives that extend beyond the basics and included coconut milk. WHOOHOO! My latte with coconut milk was perfect. There was a bit of a long line as they were pretty busy, but that's okay. They also have fruit, so were able to grab bananas, which is nice since I can't eat a lot of the pastries. But, my hubby had a bear claw and said it was tasty, and pretty sure it's homemade there too, which is an extra bonus. Cute coffee shop to checkout in/out of town. read more

Glad to find some solid coffee in Bryce Canyon! We needed some caffiene before a drive to Zion and this shop was worth the 7 min drive from Ruby's inn. We went in to order iced americanos, but ended up getting cold brew based on the baristas recommendation. She said that they didn't make iced americanos often, so thought we'd be happier with their popular cold brew. I appreciated her honesty and the cold brew was very smooth! Inside was immaculate and the lady working was so delightful to speak to. She was a breath of fresh air! Coffee is AMAZING AMAZING. Yes, amazing twice. They have baked goods off to the left of the counter that you won't want to miss. We had a blueberry cobbler with lemon filling muffin and it was delicious. It was our first time visiting the area but we saved this coffee shop for next time we are in town. Forget getting coffee any where in Tropic UT before 7:00 AM, even the convenience store is closed but if you are going to get coffee or a danish this is the place to go! Cheerful staff, Starbucks like prices the coffee is made to order and a few small tables allow you to sit and enjoy the coffee and sunrise. My only suggestion is they should open at 6:00 AM. People here to see sunrise at Bryce National park have to decide either sunrise of coffee, lol. An hour of extra employee pay will be offset with tourist business. read more

Came here after glamping in wander camp before heading off to Zion national park. It's in a small town called tropic Utah and is an adorable coffee shop with great homemade pastries and breakfast sandwiches. Everyone is very friendly with a wide variety of coffee drinks and flavors. Got a iced Irish cream americano and Carmel iced latte. Both were very good with crushed ice that was different and reasonably priced. Big fan, will definitely be back if I'm around Bryce Canyon again. read more

This place is located just down from Bryce Canyon. I ordered a red eye and their coffee is very good. I also ordered this breakfast item which is bacon, egg and cheese baked into a roll. OMG, so good. Their bread definitely tastes homemade. I should have bought a few more for my day in the park. I wish they had stickers or a tee shirt or something.
