When you walk in it looks like a pop up restaurant, are they really open? We ordered a 10oz cheesesteak wit, Cooper, long hots and a sprite (not many drink choices) to share. $20 even. Sandwich took about 5 minutes. This sandwich made my tongue and stomach sing and scream. Steak seasoned well, plenty of diced onion to add a new flavor dimension plus so much sharp american cheese melted throughout. Oh dreams are made...but that long hot made me scream. So F'N hot. This shop is a little hard to find. It's in the back corner of a center between a Penn Med center and a dental clinic. But you will be rewarded when you find it. We were greeted when we walked in and it looked like any sub or cheese steak shop inside. We ordered cheese steak sandwiches with American and onions and they were as good as you can get. The Liscos bakery roll was stuffed full of perfectly cooked, juicy beef, grilled onions, and cheese. One bite and I knew this was worth the drive. I normally am ready to hit my cheese steaks with a little salt and ketchup but this sandwich stood on its own. I did put a little ketchup on part of it and it was good. Saw an ad for this a few weeks back on Facebook and thought it looked amazing. So I decided to drive a little bit out of my way to try it out. I was not disappointed. The place was a little shop on the corner, few parking spots right on the street. Good for a pop in and out, I'd recommend pick up as the place itself seems built for it. The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. The cheese steak I ordered was just a traditional one, with extra cheese. They offered 2 sizes, both on the same size roll, I got the 10oz, which is the smaller one and it was not a letdown. Packed with both cheese and steak! It was very tender. Steak was seasoned a bit different than I've had recently, but not bad at all. The roll was fresh and slightly crisp. I like the whole thing. The fries were perfectly done and delicious. The sandwich didn't disappoint, and the price was acceptable. Dragging Brynn Bradley down a star are two things: 1. The selection is positively spartan. Your choices are cheesesteak, or some version of a chicken cutlet for the hot variety, and italian hoagie, turkey hoagie, cheese hoagie (?) or caesar wrap for cold. Two salads and 1 side; fries. Boom. You want a chicken cheesesteak? Fuck outta here. lol. I guess it does allow them to focus more on making their stuff correctly, so it's a mild trade off. 2. The hours are funky as shit. I tried to get here like 4 times before I actually caught them open. The hours on the site are different from the hours on google, and I think they close the kitchen before the store, so you have to catch them earlier than posted anyway. Still, if you do get them on the phone, you aren't going to regret your purchase! I've only been once, but TRIED to get them again, but was foiled by the hours. I'll definitely make it back. It's piping hot outside today, and I had about another 20-minute drive home. About 30 minutes until I got my first bite into this sandwich, so the bread steamed up a tiny bit, no fault of their own. It still held together very nicely, and no taste was sacrificed. It's definitely a well-balanced cheesesteak as far as seasoned steak goes. Onions diced nice and small, and steak shaved nicely. It's just my personal preference that I like my onions and steak just a little thicker, which I will ask for next time, but absolutely nothing wrong with how it is served as is. I wanted to try out the chicken cutlet as I hear that it is amazing as well, but they weren't ready yet. No problem, more motivation to return. I have been wanting to check this off my list for quite sometime. It did not disappoint, I got the 16oz with Cooper sharp and fried onions. At any rate, the chicken was super crispy and tasty with a nice sauce. The Turkey on that hoagie was a standout. Freshly sliced & roasted to my taste buds on a crusty seeded roll. They do a tight selection well rather than a ton of options half-assed. I normally travel in and outside of Philly in search of top tier cheesesteaks and my visit to Brynn Bradly surprisingly was one of my more memorable cheesesteak experiences. I want to give this place a 5* however it would go against my guidelines that require I visit a restaurant on at least two different occasions prior to granting a 5* determination. The shaved ribeye was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. This place offers Cooper Sharp American cheese which is such an essential element of a great cheesesteak. For me, the baseline assembly to assess the quality of a cheesesteak is simple: with (fried onions), mayo, Cooper Sharp American cheese, and cherry pepper relish or long hots. These flavors complement one another so well. However, equally important is the bread quality. They use a seeded Liscio's roll and I was so impressed with how soft, yet sturdy the roll was. It is so important to have a sturdy roll when assembling a hefty sandwich. And this roll did just that. Overall the flavor, portion size, and texture were top tier. As soon as I saw the limited menu, I figured it would be good - more businesses would be better off perfecting a smaller amount of items, in my opinion. Anyway, Brynn Bradley did not disappoint! I got the BB banger - the two cheeses with the onion was perfection. The seeded roll makes it even better for me! (Also, I'll note that just today, I got a cheesesteak and split it three ways between the kids and I and it was the perfect sized lunch because they have such a decent amount of meat in them.). I was back in my old stomping grounds the other day. This place opened up after I moved out of the area. So after seeing a few reviews, I decided to stop here for a cheesesteak (American with) and also took a couple of Italian hoagies home for the wife and I. They were both good. For me, the cheesesteak needed more meat and it definitely needed more fried onions. I actually had to open it up and make sure they were there. There was a few nestled in the nice seeded roll. But the meat and cheese were flavorful. Same story with the hoagie, it needed more meat. Great flavor and a good amount of salad, just a little thin for that big roll. Let me preface this with I was pretty psyched to step into this business. I never really went into the prior business at this location much because of the miserable attitude that was there every time I went in.... So I was glad to see a new sign and business. A breathe of fresh air, right...?? Wrong!! First and only time that I went in, I apparently made the mistake of asking about a couple items on their menu... you know.. lunch questions... The bothered look, attitude, and vague non answer that I got was the equivalent of if I had just asked Van Gogh, Picasso, Monet, and da Vinci what was on the palette they were painting with....
