He created a great and easy experience as well as brought and set up excellent food! Found this little taco truck while driving through the area. We ordered burritos, and while both were good, nothing jumped out as super amazing. I will say that the steak in mine was really tender and fresh- which is very important. I just felt like the flavor didn't "pop" the way I was expecting. I would come back and try other items. After living in back and forth between Londonderry and Derry for 16 years, I finally decided to try B's Tacos for lunch this afternoon and was not disappointed! Everything was amazing. B's offers rice bowls, tacos and burritos. You can choose from pulled pork, mojo chicken, buffalo chicken and seasoned beef (there may have been more but after I saw pulled pork I didn't even read the rest). There are also specials and today's burrito specials included a grilled chipotle garlic steak tip, a loaded pork and chorizo, or a pork or chicken with sweet potato or spinach. Not knowing what to try since everything sounded yummy, I ended up choosing the pulled pork rice bowl for $7. For $1 more I added grilled peppers and onions. You get to choose the toppings and he makes it right in front of you so you know what you're getting. I added black beans, onions, cilantro, jalapeños, lettuce, hot sauce and taco sauce. The veggies and herbs are always fresh. They were SO crisp and flavorful! It's always nice knowing where my food comes from and how fresh it is. My fiancé devoured his mojo chicken burrito. His burrito was $9 and he also added grilled peppers and onions for $1 more. His burrito included jalapeños, pico de gallo, black beans, lettuce, cilantro, hot sauce and taco sauce. The burritos are NOT small, especially if you load it up with all the yummy toppings and the price is more than reasonable for the quality of food and service you're receiving. The owner is really passionate about his business and making sure the customer enjoys the food AND overall experience. We had our dog with us and he mentioned that so many dogs come with their owners so he is working on doggy bags that may include a treat or two and some grilled chicken. Little things like that show that he really cares for his guests... even his four legged ones! Teddy can't wait for that! B's also take credit cards now! I'm lucky enough to live and work about two miles from this truck and I get there as often as I can. Everything is fresh and made to order, much of it grown in his home garden and green house. It's all delicious, but I'm partial to the pork and chorizo burrito on the habanero tortilla with homemade pico de gallo, cheese, black beans, Spanish rice, a couple of fresh slices of avocado and hot sauce. Overall, the food wasn't bad, but I believe there could be a couple improvements. We had ordered a beef quesadilla and chicken quesadilla, and they were good. The chicken one could've used some more chicken on it, as one piece only had a few small pieces. My boyfriend got the taco sampler and said the beef and pork ones were very good. The chicken tacos were his least favorite and I had to agree as I got three chicken tacos. All the toppings were great but the chicken is lacking some serious flavor. I was so excited to try this place out after seeing them get voted best tacos in NH and then seeing the high ratings on google. But man was I disappointed. This place is God awful. I'm all for supporting small businesses but I can't support them claiming to have "authentic" food. Everything lacked flavor, from the beans, to the rice just everything. $13 for what was SUPPOSED to be "grilled chipotle garlic steak" but actually got boiled shaved steak. The mojo chicken was missing the mojo seasoning. The whole experience was underwhelming and a huge disrespect to the real authentic restaurants in NH. It is as if these white guys went to the grocery store and just bought all the ingredients that said "Mexican" on them. They don't seem to know what is supposed to go in a taco, the tortillas were not heated up, and there was very little flavor. Wonderful taco truck! The ingredients are so fresh, the owner uses veggies from his own greenhouse. Spring water used for cooking, too! That is a tragic mistake I will not make this year. Today was his first day back after a very long winter, and the menu consisted of $2 tacos in honor of Cinco de Mayo. And even though I had only eaten the burritos, I knew without a doubt that the tacos would be just as amazing. In fact, they were utterly delicious. What you should know about this Mexican food truck is that the owner takes great pride in his fresh ingredients. He grows much of his own produce, which results in very good quality lettuce, tomatoes, etc. There are a variety of meat offerings, such as chicken, beef and chorizo, as well as a mind-boggling amount of toppings available. It is not a La Carretta type of menu with hundreds of items on it--it is in fact better than MOST Mexican restaurants because the menu is select, and it is done right. Don't go expecting nachos with canned cheese sauce or Taco Bell taquitos. But do go for very delicious and satisfying fresh food.
