The didn't provide any receipt or feedback on checking any other items. They said it would be emailed to me but I haven't received it even a day later (I've checked my spam folder). To make matters worse, a little oil leak has developed below this vehicle that has NEVER leaked oil previously. I'm sincerely hoping it was just leftover drips that they didn't wipe up, but I'll have to keep monitoring it. My recommendation: make an appointment at some reputable mechanic shop instead of going here. More headache than the time savings was worth.

The battery was dead so they removed it so we could take it back to Auto Zone because it was still under warranty. That definitely saved us some money. When I arrived, I checked in at 11:00 AM, but my vehicle was not attended to for over an hour. It wasn't until I followed up around 12:00 PM that any action was taken, and it appeared my appointment had been overlooked. The waiting area was not particularly busy, and once they finally checked the tire, it took less than 10 minutes to assess. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and reflects poor service and lack of organization. My interaction with the front desk representative, Mike, was also disappointing, as there was little communication or urgency.
