Ordered to-go in January. Ordered the carnitas tacos along with a burrito but when I got home I discovered NO MEAT in the tacos. I called immediately and they acknowledged their mistake ( it seemed it was not an unusual occurrence ) and agreed to refund the amount for the tacos on our card. Well our bill came and it was for the full amount. If they are going to mess up the order, they could at least follow thru on their offer to correct it. This place is great! The Manager/Owner Mike is very kind and you can tell he trains his employees very well. They are super courteous- they know what they are doing and they are very fast considering how busy this place is even at lunch time. Today i ordered pickup and i accidentally dropped my bag the manager came right over to check my bag for spills and he Re bagged everything and cleaned it up for me. Last time i was here he held the door for me and my 2 kids. He is always smiling and super friendly. I hope the franchise knows what a superstar they have at this location. Thank you! read more

I have had such good experiences with this spot that I feel called to write a review! First I want to shout out the staff- they are incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. We ordered a bunch of platters for my son's birthday and the manager was so kind and accommodating and the food got rave reviews from everyone there.
