Bubbakoos Burritos, 4700 Babcock Street, Palm Bay, Florida 32905- 4.5-Stars (Chain Restaurant Rating) I've only been to Chipotle once. The food was not good, and the employees were not pleasant. Fast forward to Bubbakoos Burritos, which has only been around since 2008, when it was founded in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. Chain restaurants are a necessary evil of life. It just can't be fine dining every night. Luckily, there are a couple of Bubbakoos located in Brevard, this one in Palm Bay and the other on Wickham Road in Melbourne. Right out of the gate I want to say that Kyle, the manager, led by example. He was charming, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also dove right in to help. I don't know how many ante-jentacular cups of coffee it took for him to get his energy just right, but however many it was, it worked. The other members of the team followed Kyle's lead and worked hard with a positive attitude. I ordered the Taco Trio with Hibachi Beef on one and Shredded Chicken on the others. The shells were crispy and flavorful. I was in total control of what went on top of them and had a panoply of choices, all freshly made on site. Great stuff. I also got the Chiwawa, a giant rice ball mushed down and topped my way from among the 50-plus toppings on display. Colorful and beautiful. The real champ out of all the toppings was the Pico de Gallo. I could have consumed a gallon of just that. The Big Boy says, "Get good food fast at Bubbakoos Burritos. It is a must try."

The food was delicious! I got a taco fajita bowl. The fajita veggies were kind of soggy but still had good flavor. My boyfriend ordered a burrito but he wasn't very satisfied with it because the way they wrapped it he got bites of straight rice or chicken and nothing was mixed together

Tried this burrito place based on recommendation from a friend. Overall presentation is run down and looks not well kept. The water from the soda fountain had an unpleasant after taste. For fast food Mexican style they were overpriced. We got the steak nachos and the steak tacos and our bill came to $29.84! This place is definitely not Moe's where the queso is to die for. This queso was a pasty flavorless yellow except for the spicy heat. Not a fan and just could not eat it. Although the menu looks interesting I won't return based on the price and overall flavor of the food.

No this isn't a picture of my half eaten burrito. This is one bite out of the smallest 14 dollar burrito I've ever seen. Better off with Taco Bell, had to add their sauce anyways to moisten the dry chicken inside.

First, I think the food is great. I've had quite a few items from their menu. My favorite is the Chiwawa. I would recommend this place for the quality of food. The reason I have to downgrade to 4 stars is the lack of basic burrito crafting skills. Imagine a burrito being built on a tortilla where the ingredients are added from left to right, but the tortilla is rolled top to bottom. When you eat it from one end to the other, all ingredients are separated. Your first few bites are all meat, your next few are all beans, then all salsa and finally your last bits are all rice. Who wants to eat it all separately? Build it bottom to top and roll it bottom to top so each bite has all the components! This has happened multiple times with their burritos.

My first time eating Bubbakoos burritos. I actually ordered via Uber eats and the food arrived on time. It was really really good. I enjoyed the carnita bowl so yummy. I will definitely order it again.

Very good food and fast service. They need to get their pricing correct tho because every time I have went in and ordered the total was 4-5$ different every time. That's the only thing besides that, clean environment and nice workers.

Served in an actual Molcajete which is made from lava rock and it holds the heat very very well. We shared this between the two of us and still had a decent amount to bring home with us. The Elotes was very tasty and the corn was nice and firm and it was perfect. Service was friendly and attentive. Pulling into a shopping plaza that has definitely seen better days. Parking was a bit limited, but not too much of an ordeal. El Paraiso Latino is certainly a very humble place, the kind of establishment that you would not look at twice, but missing this place would indeed be your loss. It is usually at these hole-in-the-wall type places that you will find some great food and here was no exception. I ordered two pupusas and a steak taco. The steak taco was a bit small, however it was tasty. The pupusas were decently sized and were also tasty. Prices were a little higher than what I normally pay, but not by much. The only redeeming qualities were the service was fast/friendly and the presentation is very nice. But as others mentioned, the salsa is strange and much like everything else has no flavor. I ordered a $12 margarita to start and it came in a comically small glass. We ordered the yucca fries and they looked perfectly golden and nicely sized but were nearly inedible from how salty they were. Thankfully the server took it off the bill. My husband got the chile relleno which boasted roasted vegetables but I guess they were referring to the undercooked sweet mini peppers stuffed inside? Also I'm not sure they have a heat lamp for staging. Nothing was hot when it arrived and the cheese his relleno rested on had congealed. I ordered the chicken street tacos which also looked very nice when it arrived but were dry, unseasoned, grilled chicken strips with pickled onions on top but then cilantro and white onions on the side and more of those sweet peppers. I think they're relying pretty heavily on them to provide Mexican flavor but they do not. I want to go on but I don't want to be rude... it's just so objectively bad and overpriced. There are plenty of Mexican restaurants that are worth an extra 15 minute drive so I do not recommend. Sorry jag

I have seen quite a few good reviews recently on yelp and decided I would give them a try after therapy the other day. It was around 10:30 in the morning and I had not had breakfast and I figured this was as good as day as any to give this place a try. When I walked in it was still quiet in the place and I was immediately greeted by employees. I walked over to take a look at the menu board as I was not sure what to order. I did realize that the menu was a bit different from what I had seen online, but that was OK. I chatted with the gentleman behind the counter to get some suggestions and I settled on a burrito as this is a fairly good way to judge this type of place. Like so many other burrito places before we went over options for how I would like to have mine assembled. They have two kinds of rice available and I got some of each in mine. I'm not allowed beans so I skipped right over them and went right onto proteins. There are quite a few good choices and the only thing that wasn't quite ready. Was the ground beef when I got there. For me this was fine because that was not what I wanted. I settled on the Barbacoa. I added a little bit of pico, some salsa Verde, hot salsa, pickled jalapeños, cilantro, red onion, cheese and lettuce. This ended up being a very well packed burrito that he struggled to get closed up. In the end, everything was packed inside. I did dining and added a fountain drink. My burrito had some really good weight to it as it was truly packed with goodness. From the first bite to the last, it was really good. I think the only thing I might've changed would've been to add more jalapeños to it. I do like mine kind of spicy. Next time I might even try one of their signature sauces. This is a nice little restaurant. It was very clean with friendly help. There are accessible spaces near the entrance, although the entrance is not accessible. I'm actually looking forward to stopping back one morning and trying one of their breakfast burritos. Honestly, if you were looking for a good burrito, this is a better choice than a lot of the other fast food burrito places that we have probably all gone to. For now, this will be my go to place when I am in the mood. They even have a taco Tuesday special so I might have to stop in and try that one of these weeks.
