Absolutely deserving of 5/5 stars. Everything about Munchies En Ruedas lives up to the high praise. The food is delicious. The guacamole was very fresh and prepared perfectly, with nice chips. It was a good size portion for an appetizer as well. I had birria tacos and they were perfect. Great texture and flavor; fantastic mouth feels! For dessert I ordered tres leches cake and it was just what I wanted to finish an amazing dinner. The tres leches cake was light and refreshing. Wasn't too much or overdone, just simply what you'd want for a tres leches cake; like it was made with love by a mom for a birthday party. I am not Mexican but I imagine this is how my favorite childhood birthday cake would taste if I were. This is a family owned business and everyone there is very friendly and clearly loves the restaurant they've built from scratch. The inside is decorated brightly and unique enough that it's worth mentioning how great the vibe is inside the restaurant area. 5/5, 10/10, and every other good word for Munchies En Ruedas, which offers incredible dining for an extremely affordable price. read more

Munchies En Ruedas understood the assignment. First of all--this place is adorable. Cute, charming, pink, cozy, and somehow feels like a tiny party where tacos are the main event. The vibe alone puts you in a good mood before you even eat. Add in the super friendly service, and you're already winning. Now let's talk food, because WOW. The tacos were fresh, juicy, and absolutely doing the most (in the best way).The drinks were bright, fun, and refreshing--basically summer in a cup. Everything tasted like it was made with care and joy... and maybe a little magic. Dessert, however... Listen. We respected the creativity. We admired the boldness. But our taste buds were like, "This is fascinating, but we are confused." Not bad--just very adventurous, and not quite for our palates. Still, points for originality because they were definitely memorable. All in all, amazing food, great energy, lovely people, and a totally fun experience. The most authentic Mexican food you can find in town. It is female and family owned. The customer service is superb. The food tastes like you ordered it straight from Mexico. Just be mindful that it is not Tex mex so don't expect chips and salsa as an appetizer but the delicious meals make up for this. There is also a hot sauce bar that has a variety of hot sauces including a pineapple hot sauce. Check this place out! You will not be disappointed! read more

Absolutely fantastic spot! We had the burrito bowl, chips and queso, and margaritas, every single thing was delicious. The burrito bowl was fresh and packed with flavor, the queso was warm and creamy, and the margaritas were perfectly mixed. But the real star? The service. I'm not exaggerating when I say our food hit the table almost the moment we ordered. Lightning fast doesn't even cover it. Add in the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and you've got the whole package. Best little family Mexican restaurant in town. The food is good and super creative! Chicken salad and chips! Milanesa burrito! The chips are homemade and the sauces are insane: Mexican-Thai peanut sauce, creamy Jalapeño, pineapple sauce. The service is wonderful and the waitresses are sweethearts. FANTASTIC!! If I could rate 10 stars, I would. I have not had such authentic Mexican food in such a long time, this was amazing. Home made tortilla chips, beautiful pink walls and decor, and such a friendly waitress. Everything came out perfectly, and tastes great. The guac, chips, birria tacos, consome, and enchiladas were perfection. THE SALSA BAR was spectacular. So many great flavors to try. Will be recommending this to anyone in the area. I've never been to a Mexican restaurant that doesn't offer complementary chips and salsa upon seating you so that was very disappointing. We had to order and pay for them though they were good. I don't think this is the norm. Also, I have to say the food portions for dinner We're more like lunch size portions so if if that's what this place is about then yes I would say it's a very different type of Mexican place. The food was good but not what I was expecting or what we normally used to after spending $70 on dinner. We were the only couple in the entire place so I don't see why the service would be slow. My husband had a few beers I had to constantly look around for someone to ask for a beer refill. So it's worth a try everybody expects different things from restaurants so I'll leave it at that . read more

The most delicious AUTHENTIC Mexican food in all of Florida. They have the best tacos de cabeza, carnitas and pastor!Their tortillas are perfect and don't have that weird after taste that most out here have. Their salsas are also so good (we suggest their creamy salsa and green and red mixed together!) The owners are so sweet and I hope their business gets even MORE recognition, they truly deserve it for the quality of food they put out. So, I started going to this place when they were just in a taco truck on the Sam's parking lot. Their tacos are delicious and their service is amazing. One day, I craved their food and then noticed they weren't there any longer. Time passed, and a friend of mine told me about a new place she found, once she told me the name, I got excited once again and started going to their establishment. The food is delicious, service is amazing, the restaurant is clean and organized. You always get a home feeling. I, on the other hand, have food allergies and I'm very limited on what I can have. My last visit, I had an amazing hostess /waitress. Her name is Jacky. She took good care of me and made sure anything I ate was free from allergens. At one point, I went to my car to get one of my meds and she stopped me to make sure I was well. This type of service is hard to find. Finding restaurants that care about their customers especially with special dietary needs, is hard to find. This place is my go-to and I will continue coming here. read more

Best we've found in the area. Will definitely go again! We took out our food to go but they do have a nice sitting area where you can sit and enjoy your food.
