I had come to this restaurant after work to get a quick bite. Service was quick the restaurant was pretty empty. That being said food was rather underwhelming. I had the Nashville hot burrito, and it was barely warm in the middle and was pretty bland. Didn't really feel the kick that Nashville hot tends to have. Ordered through UberEats twice. The portion and quality of the food is lacking, I got the buy 1 get 1 bowl with grilled chicken. It's so dry, not sure if they are skimping on the sauce or everything is just old. The churros are alright, it's also a buy 1 get 1 deal, had it on its own since I don't like caramel sauce because it gets too sweet. If I could give 0 stars, I would. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I ordered two chiwawas.. which are FRIED RICE BALLS, by the way. They are HUGE and topped with NOTHING. Even if/when you request toppings. The jalapeño tater tots had the minimalist amount of cheese on them, it's shameful that they even advertise it as what it is. I ordered this through Uber eats, but called the restaurant to let them know I was displeased with their food. I asked for a manager and upon speaking with him I was greeted with attitude and disrespect. I told him what was wrong with my order, he said repeatedly while getting loud on the phone that he was looking at my order and that I got what I ordered, after telling me to call Uber eats. Why would I call Uber eats after ordering from this restaurant? I let him know that the toppings are there but barely. I let him know about the lack of cheese on my tater tot's, he said "but it's there right?" I explained to him that he was running his business horribly and that he shouldn't speak to customers the way that he did. He continued to get loud with me and I told him to stop getting loud otherwise I could come down there. He said "okay, come down here." After a quick prayer I decided it wouldn't resolve any issues to show my face in this horrid establishment. Please know and understand that the food is disgusting and so is the management. I will NEVER dine or order from here again. Thank you guys for nothing. I pray this manager was just having a bad day and that he doesn't speak with everyone the way he spoke to me because if that is consistent, this place will not be in business for long. This place reminds me of chipotle but with WAY more options. They pretty much have everything - tacos, quesadillas, wings, tater tots, burritos, burrito bowls, etc. You get to choose one of their pre-made options or you can make your own. Honestly it is a little overwhelming but the staff there was super patient and helpful and made this experience a great one. I definitely recommend you do the DIY one - as there is so many meat and topping options (way more than chipotle) and everything tasted super fresh. We decided to get a quesadilla, tater tots, burrito bowl, nachos and fried oreos. The quesadilla was amazing and I highly recommend it - also the portion size of it was HUGE (honestly the portion sizes of everything was huge) but the quesadilla was definitely super tasty. The burrito bowl was alright (similar to Chipotle but I find that I do prefer the Chipotle ones). The nachos were great as well - you are free to put as many toppings as you wanted on it. The tater tots were fresh - and we picked the option with cheese and bacon which we definitely recommend. The fried oreos were also good as well and like everything else was made fresh. I still a fan of the fresh ingredients , large portions at a fair price. The only complaint is that the amout of queso as an extra for $1.75 is too much for the amount of cheese in that single ladle. Good food, inadequate service. Be warned: if you order for pick-up, be prepared to wait when to you arrive to pick up your food. Have ordered from this place multiple times, and multiple times, the food has not been ready 10-15 minutes after displayed pickup time, which is approximately 35-40 minutes after food was ordered. I watched a women walk in off the street, walk behind the counter.... And make her own food. I'm not sure if she works here, is the owner... or what, but in a age where we all need to be more cautious of germs, this is insane to me. Never had a problem with this place before today. Ordered online for pick up. When I got to the store at my pickup time they didn't even start my order. Totally ok with that what I was highly upset about was when they handed me my bag I witnessed one of the young workers clearing the cutting board into the garbage with the knife she just cut my sons sandwich with and wipe both sides of it on the garbage can. i told them that was unacceptable and gross they looked in shock that it was wrong and giggled and apologized. Then upon getting home my burrito bowl was completely open and all inside the bag. Everything in the garbage. what A waste of money. They should have a way to give it no stars. What this place lacks is proper training in what to saw in front of customers and acceptable behaviors by restaurant staff. Also they need to keep the food presentation looking fresh. But back to the staff, for the second time I encounter inappropriate conversations and interactions between the staff and the staff and patrons. I will not visit this mess of an eatery again. Shame on management to allow this behavior, back to eating at Yummy Taco and Sofito. read more

From forgetting part of my order, charging me, and then just a shrug on the shoulder, saying they don't know what happened, denying they made any mistake. Nonetheless, today was the last time we're ordering from them. Thought it would be nice to order tacos first cinco de mayo. This is the crap I got. No topping no condiments no sauce cold dry cardboard like tortillas/meat. So much for happy tacos.

It took about 10 minutes for our waiter to come over with water and chips, but did not return for another 20 minutes to take our drink order. When my mother in law paused to remind herself of which appetizers to order, he decided to leave and not return to take the order until he came back with our drinks; I had ordered a frozen margarita which by the time it had reached our table was watered down. We asked our waiter multiple times for more water and chips, but took exceptionally long to arrive. Our appetizers arrived with our meal, and one appetizer came out while our meals were already being eaten which I find to be a little ridiculous. I had asked for my burger without a bun but received my order with a bun; any specification for our meals were either ignored or forgotten. Our waiter announced that the kitchen was cooking items "in order" due to Mother's Day and them being busy, however only one other table was sat after us and all other tables were empty. We also noticed that the more we reminded our server of our requests or forgotten items he became more flustered (e.g. slamming drinks down and only giving one napkin when we asked for more). It took our food over an hour to arrive and we were there for over two hours which would have been okay if the service was better, the food was just okay but filling and offering a succulent for mothers was a nice touch.
