It was completely inedible and clearly should have never been served to a paying customer. What made things worse? I reached out to McDonald's corporate AND filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau--and never received a single response. La Rosa is somewhere you can get a quality meal that is fresh and filling for under $15, which is tough to do nowadays. I typically order online and take it to go, but there is plenty of seating indoors and it is always very neat and clean. Just a heads up that is you order on the Toast app and an item you ordered is out of stock, the whole order may be canceled. This happened to me once and I was left with nothing when I went to pick up as they only send an email to notify you about the order cancellation, which I did not notice.
