We all ordered brisket baskets but hubs and I ordered the Brisket Stack which included bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers on the brisket sandwich. We weren't sure about the combination but figured it was worth a shot. Anything that unhealthy has to be good, right? Darn! It is! Always friendly staff with fast and fresh food. They have the best wings! I was told they smoke and grill them; Absolutely delicious, and in my opinion no sauce is needed. Other than that, I love the brisket, chicken nacho fries and banana pudding. The drive through system is super convenient and honestly one of the reasons why I go so often. Apparently this BubbaQue's had a fire a while ago and has reopened recently. I have eaten at the SR60 Bubba's so knew the food would be good. I had the big bubba dinner deal, 1/2 chicken & pulled pork with two sides. Everything was great. I brought home the two meat combo, ribs & chicken with two sides for my husband. The noise level inside at lunchtime was rather loud so we sat outside and it was super nice. The server Jackie was phenomenal and would sit in her area again on the next visit. read more

We were headed to Sonny's but they had closed. But we discovered this GEM! The place was clean, social distancing enforced, hot food and great service. We started with Fried green tomatoes. They were excellent. Some of the best I've ever had. We split a specialty sandwich and sweet potatoes fries. Fries were delicious. Brisket sandwich had jap poppers on Texas toast. The food is pretty good but a bit overpriced for the portion sizes they serve. I've had better barbecue much more reasonably priced at other businesses but if you live in Sun City Center, Fl and don't feel like driving very far, the location is good. Slow service but meats worth the wait for a pick up. Sometimes out of things in the afternoons/evenings. Plan accordingly.

The smoke meat is very good here. I had the pulled pork sandwich with Mac and cheese and collard greens. Nothing to write home about. Greens were kind of bland but if you put the hot vinegar bbq sauce it adds flavor. What was awesome here was a surprise the funnel cake. Oh so good. I will be back just for that! read more

Great food and great service! Perfect place to eat if you're traveling by Sun City on 75. Not too far off the highway and parking is ample. We took advantage of the outdoor seating available due to covid. Lots of menu options for different tastes - entrees, sides, sauces, etc. Also liked they are giving individual packets of the sauces. Portions are generous! Especially for the kids' meals! Not mentioned on the menu was the 2 Oreos that come with the kids' meal - what a nice surprise! We also got the jumbo chocolate chip cookie which I highly recommend! Server was highly attentive and a manager also stopped by during our visit to check on us. Will definitely be back! read more

Barbeque is hard to come by in the Sun City Center area and BubbaQue's does not disappoint! It is located not too far from the exit of I-75, right around the corner from the Bealls Plaza. There is a small parking lot that I imagine can get pretty packed during their peak hours. I ended up ordering the sammich called Bessie's Best which comes with their sliced texas brisket, smoked sausage, and topped with melted cheddar in between two big pieces buttery texas toast. The brisket falls apart with great smokiness and the sausage complimented it well. I always get their fried okra as my side as well; it comes out super crunchy and served with a side of dipping ranch. They also have a wide selection of sauces to choose from so they should have something for everyone. I am a fan of their staple tractor grease sauce and the moonshine sauce (vinegar based). Best place for some BBQ in the Southshore area. Everytime I visit BubbaQue's, I have never been disappointed by their food quality. This time I got the Brisket Meltdown sammich, it's 4 thick slices of brisket with melted cheese and fried onions ring on top. You have an option to either get a basket or dinner plate that serves with 1 or 2 sides. I opted in for a dinner plate and there were so much food I packed up for lunch the next day. The meat is tender, juicy and not dry or chewy at all. Mac n cheese is super hot, right off the pot. Sweet potato fries are hot and crunchy, plus it's not an extra $1.50 to have sweet potato fries like other places. There are two BBQ near this exist of I-75. This one is only 0.6 mile from I-75. I am thinking to give a try this afternoon. This restaurant have unique selection of the rib. St. Louis style with dry rubbed; sticky bone is St. Louis style with caramelized; meaty back rib is tradition with selection of oversize meaty area of rib; of course there is traditional back rib. I have the tradition baby back with sweet potatoes fried and BBQ baked bean. The full rack of the rib with one side is $11.99 and two sides is $13.49. What a price. Enough said, time to get your hand dirty. The best part to eat and enjoy the rib is by hand. The rib is dry rubbed and top with hickory smoke BBQ source. The meat juicy and pink. Because this is a dry rubbed, the meat is tendency to stick with bone a little bit. With the yelp help, I was able to find this place. Thanks for those who have yelp before me. I ordered through Uber Eats, the wait was not very long, and the food was still hot on arrival. I ordered the brisket, smoked turkey, and St.Louis ribs with "extra tractor grease". My sides were corn cob, mac n cheese, baked beans, and jalapeno poppers. The brisket was very tender and smokey, nice smoke ring. Although it wasn't my favorite. The ribs were amazing, and the tractor grease is a very zesty bbq sauce. The smoked turkey was good, but not comprable to the ribs. Some of the best barbecue, I've had you have your choice of meats and side items. You also have the best coldest beer deals that you can find in the area. They do serve by the pitcher which could be cheaper. Recently they suffered a fire inside, but they're still open on the outside. I have been visiting the Area more, and saw this from the side of the road. I love corn fritters so I started with the Bubba Nuggets and they did not disappoint. Very good flavor and quantity for a nice appetizer. I chose the pulled pork sandwich and my mom got the wings and half chicken. They have a good selection of different sauces and my favorite was the Alabama Slammer sauce! The food was really good, but the fries stole the show!!!! They were sooooo good! I love crinkle fries and they were the perfect amount of soft inside and crispy outside. I couldn't get enough! I also really liked the potato salad. I would get the fries and potato salad next time and skip the Mac and Cheese. Although I did see quite a few people with the Banana pudding so I might try that next time. read more

We ordered about $150 worth of food on Father's Day and I have to say it was terrible. We tried multiple types of the ribs and they were dry and chewy. And supposedly we got full racks but the smallest racks I have ever received. The French fries were barely cooked the only good thing supposedly was the baked beans but I didn't try them. The waitress that gave me my order was very friendly and offered me lots of sauces as was my first time but rest assured for me will stick with 4 Rivers. read more
