One of my favorite BBQ joints. Every time I've been the food has been fresh and hot. They have: all are really good. Brisket ( excellent) Smoked whole chicken Smoked turkey breast Pulled pork Pork ribs Wings Fried shrimp Chicken strips Sides Corn on the cob: regular or fried. Take the fried. Crinkle cut fries Fried okra Beans Mac and cheese And more. I've been here at least 20 times over the last couple years and each time the food and service have been really good. read more

Brisket and pulled pork were good. Seems that size has been reduced as price was increased. Beans were great. Coleslaw really sucked. Did they change recipe? Took a while to find the order. It was in "Grub Hub" bin, while I used there website to order. read more

There are two BBQ near this exist of I-75. This one is only 0.6 mile from I-75. I am thinking to give a try this afternoon. This restaurant have unique selection of the rib. St. Louis style with dry rubbed; sticky bone is St. Louis style with caramelized; meaty back rib is tradition with selection of oversize meaty area of rib; of course there is traditional back rib. I have the tradition baby back with sweet potatoes fried and BBQ baked bean. The full rack of the rib with one side is $11.99 and two sides is $13.49. What a price. Enough said, time to get your hand dirty. The best part to eat and enjoy the rib is by hand. The rib is dry rubbed and top with hickory smoke BBQ source. The meat juicy and pink. Because this is a dry rubbed, the meat is tendency to stick with bone a little bit. With the yelp help, I was able to find this place. Thanks for those who have yelp before me. I should've came here sooner! The staff was super welcoming. The food was awesome. Ribs fell off the bone. Wings was flavorful and big. Brisket was tender. Mac and beans were both on point. Oh and so we're my side of onion rings. Now I just have to figure out how not to come here every chance I get... It was so good! read more

I ordered through Uber Eats, the wait was not very long, and the food was still hot on arrival. I ordered the brisket, smoked turkey, and St.Louis ribs with "extra tractor grease". My sides were corn cob, mac n cheese, baked beans, and jalapeno poppers. The brisket was very tender and smokey, nice smoke ring. Although it wasn't my favorite. The ribs were amazing, and the tractor grease is a very zesty bbq sauce. The smoked turkey was good, but not comprable to the ribs. The sides were ok, beans were average, mac n cheese was plain, the grilled corn cob was surprisingly very good and nicely seasoned, and the bacon wrapped poppers were very nice. read more

I have been visiting the Area more, and saw this from the side of the road. I love corn fritters so I started with the Bubba Nuggets and they did not disappoint. Very good flavor and quantity for a nice appetizer. I chose the pulled pork sandwich and my mom got the wings and half chicken. They have a good selection of different sauces and my favorite was the Alabama Slammer sauce! The food was really good, but the fries stole the show!!!! They were sooooo good! I love crinkle fries and they were the perfect amount of soft inside and crispy outside. I couldn't get enough! I also really liked the potato salad. I would get the fries and potato salad next time and skip the Mac and Cheese. Although I did see quite a few people with the Banana pudding so I might try that next time. read more

Some of the best barbecue, I've had you have your choice of meats and side items. You also have the best coldest beer deals that you can find in the area. They do serve by the pitcher which could be cheaper. Recently they suffered a fire inside, but they're still open on the outside. I don't need the tent just like you would for a true summer barbecue. read more

We ordered about $150 worth of food on Father's Day and I have to say it was terrible. We tried multiple types of the ribs and they were dry and chewy. And supposedly we got full racks but the smallest racks I have ever received. The French fries were barely cooked the only good thing supposedly was the baked beans but I didn't try them. The waitress that gave me my order was very friendly and offered me lots of sauces as was my first time but rest assured for me will stick with 4 Rivers. read more

Just ordered a meal deal that said it came with 4 family size sides. I have ordered this in the past with no issues. Just got my order to find 24 pieces of okra as a family size side. Normally it would be a whole styrofoam box full. All of the 4 sides were incredibly small. Then I called to ask about the size of the sides and was told the promotion had a typo and should have said individual sides. This was not mentioned when I ordered my meal and the manager did nothing to rectify the situation. Very displeased with this service. Wish I could post a picture so that everyone can see the disappointing sides. *update: the owner called me to correct this situation! I appreciate them taking care of this! I am updating the stars because we usually have a much better experience and the food is delicious! read more

I can't say enough good things about BubbaQue's! We bought the pork BBQ with the Mac & Cheese and a side of the baked beans. The nice sized pieces of pork in the beans were generous and the taste is very good! The Mac & cheese is flavorful. We'll be back! read more

Very good brisket! Stopped here going home to Orlando from Palmetto. I'm so glad that we chose this location over Sonny's. When you walk in, I felt like I was walking in to a covered patio with all the "old", signs and signs with funny sayings, a bar, and a hodgepodge of different things hung up to give it a country feel. I wasn't busy when we arrived at 2pm on a Saturday, but by the time we left it had definitely gotten busier. I came with my husband, and 2 boys. We ordered the "Redneck Nachos" that are made with a French fry base, cheese, pulled pork and bbq sauce"......it was devoured in a few minutes. It was good! Three of us ordered the brisket and my youngest ordered chicken fingers. The brisket.......mmmmmh. Good smoked flavor, not too heavy, tender and some burnt ends too. We were each given 4 slices of brisket about 3-4 inches longs and 1 1/2 wide. Along with one side and a slice of bread I was stuffed, however, you can also order with 2 sides. They have beer in bottles & draft. They have a good variety of domestics, and at least IPA that I saw. Stop by for some good que! read more

The portion size was large and the prices were affordable. This place is sort of like a fast food roadhouse restaurant, as they have lots of seating and table service, along with a bar area, but they also have a lot of carry out, and their prices are more set near the upper fast food prices, and not the higher sit down restaurant prices. So it's a win-win for the customers! The food we ordered came out hot, freshly cooked to order, large portions, and in a timely manner. All went well. Great flavors of BBQ and their hot wings are big in size and their buffalo sauce is tasty with a good amount of heat to it. read more

Amazing...ordered take out from this place. I ordered the pick 3 combo plate with ribs, brisket, and half a chicken and had enough food in there for four meals. Great deal for the price. The meats had a nice smokey flavor and was absolutely amazing. Been to other joints that you know for a fact their food is previously frozen but I couldn't tell if this was or not. My Daughter and I stopped in BubbaQue' today on our way back from Sarasota for a quick bite to eat. When we pulled in we noticed things weren't quite normal, but decided to stop in anyway. Turns out they had a fire a while back, and the building was under reconstruction. While the dining situation was not ideal, the food was great and the employees were super friendly! I am impressed that they are even open and are doing an amazing job considering what they have to work with! We will be back 100%! read more
