Lots of freebies during this visit, but regardless, everything is fairly and affordably priced. At other Cajun restaurants, they don't offer a liter of soda or eggs in the combo, but this restaurant does. Hope this place gets the business they deserve they just opened. I decided to have dinner at Bubbas Crab House last night after a failed attempt at Boiling Crab. We were told we would not be guaranteed a table and would be placed on a no-guaranteed list. So, we decided to find the nearest restaurant that had a similar menu. Bubba's Crab house was only 4 minutes away and guaranteed us dinner. The ambiance is very inviting, the staff are incredible and extremely attentive. I'm not quite sure if the owner was present but there was someone who periodically approached our table to ask for feedback. In my opinion, it provided us with an authentic experience. You could tell that the staff were passionate about the restaurant and wanted us to revisit. I would definitely revisit Bubba's Crab House again because of the customer service and the delicious food. I encourage anyone who's in the same position as I was to leave Boiling Crab and go to Bubba's Crab House. Not only are the portions BIG but they also offer a complimentary pound of crawfish when you purchase a family combination. The combinations they offer are very affordable and we were told they haven't increased their prices in 6 years. Also, the biggest win at this restaurant is that their sauce is AMAZING and they aren't stingy with how much they add. The fries are also CRISPY, way better than Boiling Crab! This boil was on point and we drove from Upland to try it. Having gone to other Cajun places near me this location bye far best we've tried and the portions are more than what we had expected. We ordered the 57.99 tray 2lbs of shrimp and 1lb of crawfish it was full of garlic seasoning and we ordered the spiciest! My husband and I came here during their soft opening and ordered their seafood plate in Bubba's bomb sauce. We loved it! So I asked Erick ( the owner) if I can preorder a tray for my bday on the 30th of Nov, to pick up 11:30 am. Erick said they open at 3 pm on that date but since it's my bday, he will cook for me. I don't want to take advantage of his kindness but he insisted and said it's ok. Such a nice man/owner! I got my tray ( seafood deluxe in bubba's bomb sauce) and it was a hit! Everyone loved it! No leftovers ! We loved dipping everything in the sauce! I will be ordering my seafoods here in the future and will try their different sauces. First time ordering from this place. I placed an order for pick up last night. I got the M2 and added mussels. I live in Orange, and this was about 35mins drive for me, so i did the drive for our family dinner. And when I got on the freeway i realized that the deluxe i ordered supposed to come with a liter of soda, I couldn't go back anymore but i was so bummed about it because the staff didn't even give me the soda or reminded me of it. Food was great but the medium spice was really too spicy for all of us, that you can't taste the seafood anymore, it's just all spice. I love that they put a lot of garlic but like i said the medium is really too spicy for our liking. If i come back here again, most likely i'll just order the mild spice if the medium is cooked this way. Serving is amazingly generous, we have left overs that i have to make less spicy by maybe watering it down and add sugar. read more

I don't understand how this place gets so many 5 star reviews because the food is EXTREMELY SALTY. It was so salty that we didn't even finish the food there and had to bring it home to rinse some of the seasoning off. The table next to us also voiced their concerns because they overheard us talking about how salty it was. Whatever seasoning they use does not blend well with the butter so whenever you dip the seafood in the sauce, you're not getting any of the seasoning, just plain butter. The service was great to start off! We ordered two separate pounds of shrimp head on with egg and potatoes - the potatoes were huge and good amount as well, the egg was also great and cooked perfectly not too overdone. I got the bubba bomb (HOT) and it tasted super good didn't need to add extra salt nor pepper as I usually do. We also orders the honey lemon pepper wings, which were really hot thankfully! And also tasted great. The rice we order was about two cups of rice, for such a low price. We also ordered a side of sauce that was also 2 cups, they were huge!!!!! The bags were good as well because they were well shaved and well seasoned. It's a small place so make sure to reserve beforehand, there were a couple of groups that came in with no reservations and couldn't get seated to rye amount of reservations they already had , and some of them were not so understanding which was pretty annoying. Anyways to end it all totally recommend this place. The food was amazing and also the price because it was so cheap!
