After a partial refund I contacted 2 flooring contractors and got the flooring installed in 10 days and they said there is no problem getting flooring. But the price of flooring increased since I gave him the money to order it. He installed vinyl wrap of flooring material on some beams. after 2 weeks it started coming unglued and sagging and falling off. Vinny is not responding. He was not honest with me all along. I've owned residential and commercial property for over 30 yrs. and done 25 or 30 major projects; this guy is the worst I've seen by light years!!

On top of that, they expected us to drive back to the original location for the missing materials, even though our job site was over an hour away. We politely asked if we could pick up the materials at a different location closer to the project, but they refused and offered absolutely no compromise or assistance. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service overall. As contractors, we rely on suppliers to be dependable and willing to work with customers when issues happen. Unfortunately, that was not the experience here.

Greg finished the job and was supposed to come back and finish a few parts of the job that his team didn't do correctly (loose decking, broken fence post, incorrect light fixtures). However he just vanished and stopped responding to all my texts and emails. I hope everything is ok and it is sad if they actually did go out of business, but the way greg handled this was cowardly and highly unprofessional. I am very disappointed and feel that he took advantage of us.
