I stumbled across this mobile eatery after searching for a new place to satisfy my burger craving. We were not disappointed. Our order of 3 burgers and fries was ready in 15 minutes. Their burgers will have you contemplating seconds. My Bubbi Burger was not photogenic but the smashed deliciousness was very tasty! Highly recommend.

First off, the crunch is so loud it could qualify as a sound effect in an action movie. I took one bite and half expected someone to yell "CUT!" The chicken itself is juicy, but let's be honest it's really just a vehicle for that bang bang sauce, which tastes like sweet, spicy, and "text your ex you've changed" all rolled into one. I told myself I'd share. That was a lie. A bold faced, shameless lie. The plate hit the table and suddenly I turned into a territorial raccoon guarding its last meal. By the end, my fingers were sticky, my dignity was gone, and I was seriously considering ordering a second round like I hadn't just embarrassed myself in public.

This is a new dish, if you can even call it one. Literally two slices of tuna, no side of sauce which it's supposed to have, a bunch of old cabbage for filling (even though the new container is half the size as it is), and what could be nothing else but soggy potato chips (yes, literally they put in chips, I don't even know how else to put it except it literally had chips in it). Pathetic. Completely pathetic.

The lady working here is super nice and makes me feel like I'm visiting family or something. The chorizo rice balls for me hooked! There's cheeses, rice, meat... all mixed together and then fried until the outside is crispy. Top it with the aioli and it's a ball of heaven. I wish they were a little smaller though so 1) I could more easily share some and 2) stick them in the toaster oven when I get them to go. They're super filling and can easily be a meal, but part of me thinks they're supposed to be snack-food, if that makes any sense. I also tried the little potato balls, but they're not as good as the rice balls. Also sampled the yuca fries, and considering yuca isn't normally my thing and they were delicious, I have to give this place a thumbs up. I'll just live in denial of the calorie count... Thank god I don't live near their normal stops!
