Recently I brought an outfit that had a stain and I particularly asked if they could get it cleaned. The owner Kim a really nice lady, always kind marked the stain to emphasize on it while dry cleaning. I came back to pick up the clothes and the stain was still there, but they hid it with the other clothes and expected that I just take it without looking. So I paid for all other clothes except that one outfit. And didn't think anything of it. Today I stopped by again as usual and The very kind lady Kim very rudely said I will not be taking your clothes anymore. Now I normally don't beef with businesses especially if I am a long term client. But businesses should also be considerate and not charge if they were unable to do their job.
