They were even able to accommodate a quick turnaround meet and greet to make sure it was a good fit which eased our anxiety even more as our husky could be a handful if they are with a non experienced husky dog walker. Our husky and two cats loved them as we saw in the photos, which were sent every session along with a session recap. When we returned, they were as good as if we never left! Our house was also clean as they cleaned up our husky's wet pad. Big shout out to Fernando, Vanessa, and Jason who allowed us to enjoy our family trip by taking care of our fur babies!

My Rosco is on chemo and has to drink alot of water all day and urinate nearly every 2 hrs, so he is somewhat high maintenance. Alea took excellent care of him. He usually looses weigh when boarded due to separation anxiety, but I never saw that when she watched him. Alea even took the time to text pictures of him to me periodically, sometimes daily, which re-assured me that he was happy in her care. I thought that was so nice of her to make that extra effort. Sleepover Rover was quick in contacting me and providing potential doggie sitters. It was great having open options. I think it's better to leave your pets in the care of a family, to minimize the separation anxiety for you & your pets! Our host , Inna, was very gracious to receive us into her home. We wanted to visit and give our dogs a look-see at their next home for a few days. She allowed us to visit, dogs and family members, not just once but twice. We were able to spend a good half-hour with them each time. She was so nice, and her husband and kids certainly made our dogs feel at home. She also reassured me over the phone on the first and second nights of our stay apart from each other. We did bring the doggies' own food, treats, beddings and food /water bowls (to given them a sense of the familiar while away from home). We got both pets (a Rhodesian Ridgeback Boxer mix & Terrier Beagle mix) back all safe and sound, and none the worse for wear. I definitely would recommend this service to anyone looking to board their pets. At the end of their service, her boys gave us the sweetest drawing of the dogs and themselves and this note: Don't forget us! I kept it and it's still on my refrigerator!

She took the time to meet Milo, get to know him, and ask me questions before taking him back. Milo can be a little anxious (that's just my boy! ), but she kept me informed throughout the process, which I really appreciated. It helped ease my own anxiety too. Most importantly, Milo was treated so well. He came back looking great, happy, and not scared at all. That says everything to me. I'll definitely be coming back for grooming services. The first couple times we used Sitter4Paws we had a really great experience with the sitters that were assigned to our senior, diabetic cat. Last year, my mother unexpectedly passed away, and our regular cat sitter was unavailable for half of the trip home. We booked Sitter4Paws the second half of the trip, and let them know about the circumstances and requested sitters that had seen Jodie before so that we could rest easy during a very difficult time. Of course we know that can't always be accommodated due to scheduling, so for the first visit a new sitter came to see Jodie. On the evening of my mother's passing, we got a text from Sitter4Paws that the sitter felt he may have made a mistake with our cat's insulin dosage. It was revealed to us that instead of giving her her normal 2.25 unit dose, he gave her 22.5 units - ignoring the taped off/labeled syringes, our explicit written instructions in the app, and additional photos/diagrams of what a full syringe should look like. Thank god he realized his mistake, otherwise our cat would have slowly died alone in our apartment - and this would have happened immediately after losing my mom. I understand mistakes can happen, but the fact that a sitter was uncertain with potentially life-threatening medication if administered improperly and didn't even think to reach out to us first was quite shocking. Sitter4Paws took full responsibility, admitted their mistake, said they would take steps to make sure something like this would never happen again, and covered her 4 day ER stay, but it never should have gotten to that point. Again - we did have great sitters who took care of our cat wonderfully - but the uncertainty of who you can get especially with medication involved means that we can no longer recommend this service with confidence.
